mine is iron maiden
there will be someone you will i don't have a favourite band but just come up with the one you listen to most

I don't listen to any music.

And i thought i was the only one.

I do listen to some music, but only when its a part of a video game and i usually only really enjoy good pieces.

I Like the boss fight music in Final fantasy 7, and the final boss music in final fantasy 6. Not to mention the final boss music in ff7 also. ;)

Tough choice.

But at the present moment, I'll say the Eagles.

Fantastic vocal harmony, excellent use of guitars, violins, banjos, keyboards, horns...

Either:

A New Found Glory or
The Starting Line

No favorite band, and I listen to various bands. Sometimes RATM or System of a Down, sometimes Hassisen Kone, sometimes The Dubliners and sometimes Dead Kennedys.

Rammstein

Green Day,
I like every work and album they've done.

Subway to Sally, but I'd be surprised if anyone in here would know them (no offense meant, but their German, sing German and are small if you measure by commercial success... ;)).

I've heard of them, but then again i'm German. ;)
They make medieval rock (for lack of a better term) similar to In Extremo or Schandmaul, right?

My favourite band varies from time to time, but at least according to last.fm i listen to Judas Priest the most.

Tool is my favorite band.

I usually don't like having to pick my favorite color, or my favorite song, or my favorite whatever, because so many are great, but here the difference is so dramatic that there's no contest. (I have your avatar on two sweatshirts, ComradeDavo. )

I don't have one favorite, instead I have many:

The Beastie Boys
The Beatles
Bob Marley & The Wailers
The Clash
The Doors
Franz Ferdinand
The Jimi Hendrix Experience
Led Zeppelin
Nirvana
Red Hot Chili Peppers
The Rolling Stones
U2
The White Stripes
The Who

Xanikk: the sound of silence is all I need.

ComradeDavo: VNV Nation? So that's like, what, eigenvector country?
