They're my number two, nearly tied with a whole pile of the other nineties grunge bands. I love nineties music, with only a few exceptions.

I dont know what it is about them but they seemed to have just struck a perfect chord with me in a way that no other band has even come close to.

Apart from Olav's recommendation, their first album is good too, I reckon you have listened 'Disco Volante', which isn't that good.

Nonsense, Disco Volante is probably their greatest work. What it is not is "accessible". It is a high-grade form of madness distilled onto a record.

However, some of Mike Patton's later stuff goes much further. Check out the Fantômas albums for example (the most accessible one there is a collection of cover versions of movie themes).

Massive Attack and Tricky are unbelievable. I usually don't have much patience for that type of music, but a friend is crazy into it and I picked up these ones. It's ridiculous how good some of their songs are.
