I have no source. I saw this on TV long, long ago. It was in a show on movie sound effects. They were showing this Rambo movie and how two guys were adding most of the sounds.
I don't feel like looking for this fourth Rambo movie on the Internet so I can't help you there. You'll have to find it yourself.
I knew they were making a Rambo movie, and that one of the scripts they were considering involved bin Laden, but that it was scrapped early on. At least that's what Wiki says.
You know what? Now I'm wondering if that footage I saw so many years ago was actually from Hot Shots, and I thought it was a real Rambo movie that was never released. Was "Rambo"'s foe in this movie Saddam or Osama? I distinctly remember seeing Saddam as his sword fighting foe.

Ive seen that Charlies Angels movie (actually I think both of them) while stoned, and I couldnt for the life of me remember a single thing from any of them, I just know who is in it, cause Ive seen the poster sober.
I saw half of Pulp Fiction last friday to kill some time, Ill watch the rest of it tonight I think.
Usually watch that movie once a year or so.

I saw Tromavilles Surf Nazis Must Die, followed the rockumentary Decline Of Western Civilization 2: The Metal Years.
It was great, its like 2 hours of ugly transvestites (your average hair metal band fan of the 80s) saying their music is really wild and crazy and how it saved Rock N Roll. Hillarious.
