I saw "An Evening with Kevin Smith" yesterday and "An Evening with Kevin Smith 2" today, first one was cool, second one wasnt great.

Pretty interesting for Kevin Smith fans.

Also I watched Clerks again recently, so I guess Im having like a Kevin Smith revival thing going.

I quite liked the first Audience with Kevin Smith, of what I remember of it :)

And I just watched the first Spiderman film again, which I enjoyed. I prefer the second one though, and am looking forward to the third when it comes out.

I just saw An Inconvenient Truth last night. It was pretty good- factual, well-presented, and interesting. I could have done without the bs political pissing and moaning on part of Al Gore, Al Gore still crying over the election he lost in 2000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, and some of the nonsense Al Gore biographical crap that had very little relevance to Global Warming at all.

I recently watched When We Were Kings on DVD (not a book, yes I know). Was even better than I remembered. I felt kind of bad for Foreman, he was so serious and committed and Ali was so taunting but it was an awesome fight and excellent commentary about everything from the evilness of Zaire's president to Don King to the fight itself.

You got the avvy working OK!

I've been interested in older films lately. And I've been watching the old geezer channel. err I mean AMC (american cable channel)

Watched High Plains Drifter last night. Very cool movie. This movie was made around the year I was born. Clint Eastwood in his first western as a director.

Watched Glory tonight. Not as good as the first couple of times I have seen the movie, but still a good movie.

I'm just not into new movies lately. But I have a list of old movies I want to catch up on. Though I'm too lazy to go to the video store (and I'm not sure if they have them).

Movies I want to see: 7 samuraii (classic I should have seen by now), magnificent 7- remake of the first film into a western, high noon, bad day at black rock. Those are the westerns I want to see.

There are so many other classic films I need to see. I just don't have time to see them all.

I went to the same school that the finalist of Finnish version of the American Idol-format went. :p

How many schools are there in Finland?

Make sure you see Casablanca and The Maltese Falcon. Two must-see's, IMO.

I saw that sweedish (or finnish ?) film The Seventh Seal.
Really wierd stuff. :crazyeye:

I saw the second Pirates of the Caribbean film today.

I am utterly, utterly disappointed. No real spark, no imagination, and my love that is Captain Jack Sparrow just seemed...dull.

I did like Davy Jones though.
