and a gross mix of herbs in the morning for optimal testosterone (based on a formulation this guy i know sells but I can make it cheaper w individual ingredients)
just curious, how does a genuinely intelligent man like you fall for the "high test" meme? was it joe rogan?
all high testosterone does for you realistically is make you bald. I know because my dad had abnormally high t. he started going bald in his late 20s. a few other side effects: lower sperm count, testicle shrinkage, heart muscle damage, prostate enlargement, difficulty with urination, higher risk of heart disease. my absolute favorite:
Changes in your sexual health could be a sign of abnormal T levels. This can include trouble getting or keeping an erection, also called erectile dysfunction (ED), a reduced desire to have sex, and a lower than normal sperm count
yeah, sounds amazing.
I have slightly above average T and all it does for me is excessive growth of bodily hair (I grow a beard in just two days..).
it seems like you're genuinely too smart to fall for all that pseudoscientific bs, whats the dealio?
Anyone here take nutritional supplements?
I take :
resveratol
ashwanghda
sulferaphane
fish oil
ZMA (zinc, magnesium, b-vitamins)
DIM (Diindolyl-methane)
l-citruline malate b4 I work oute
I know you're really into self-improvement/nootropics/joe rogan ****, but I agree completely with everyone else ITT:
Unless you have an actual clinically tested deficiency, do not take supplements.
Even vitamin supplements can legitimately kill you. People die every year from supplement abuse. I'm not talking about drugs here, I genuinely mean Vitamin supps.

Some aren't very problematic. I may take some magnesium if I feel like my body/bones need it, but not on a regular basis. I also suppose fish oil is pretty harmless since you could also just eat a salmon or something. That would probably be better for you anyway.
I've also taken creatine and ZMA for some time and found them absolutely worthless and unnecessarily expensive. I wish I had just invested the time I spent researching this stuff into actual exercise
try finding "Gianduja" if you have an italian grocer anywhere near you. it's the same thing but much better.
Sugar is the cheapest ingredient for Nutella

Make your own and it is healthy again
hazelnut and cacao are both excellent food
it's never healthy my friend, sorry to break it to ya. the highest grade "chocolate hazelnut spread" has about 30% hazelnut. and a decent amount of cocoa butter. the rest is, obviously, sugar. no food that has that much sugar should ever be considered healthy.
you could make it yourself and use little sugar, or use artifical sweetener, but the sugar is actually absolutely crucial for texture. a nutella style spread without sugar just doesn't work, it's the same with ice cream.
None! I eat a lot of vegetables and get light exercise. There’s no scientifically-backed evidence that I need any nutritional supplements at this point in my life.
Perhaps when I am older, on consultation with a physician.
there's no scientific evidence that anyone at all who isn't ill or deficient needs vitamin supplements. it's a completely ridiculous industry based on pseudoscience, bad advertising and false health claims, preying on people who are unhappy with their body or life.
