What type of food do you eat in your country?

In my case the world has grown so small that even though I'm in China, I get to eat Chinese (subdivided into regional cuisines like Sichuan, Hunan, Teochow, Guangdong or whatever), Korean, Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, Indian and Western cuisine on a rotational basis, plus of course the ubiqutous fast foods like burgers and KFC.
The older normal Chinese, of course, sticks to rice, noodles, meat, fish, tofu and vegetables. The younger people are the ones more open to trying new things not from their native region.
