I've been revisiting old games lately and I've dived headfirst into Warlock 2 again. I remember walking away thinking it was stupid easy (Warlock is an outlier for Paradox for sure). It is still fun though. There is huge variety in the units and some of the monster units are absurdly tough. On top of that the random spellcasting from opposition mages can really throw a wrench in any strategy you work up. It's good for intermittent chunks of 30hrs of gameplay, give or take.

I've been on a wild Empire: Total War rampage as the Russians.

I really wish they made a Empire 2 using the Warhammer engine. What a game that would be.

I'm very hopeful that their next historical title will be Empire II. I don't even think they're working on anything right now, WH3 is next and the historical people might be busy updating 3K with DLCs for a while yet. Lot of promise to 3K that still hasn't been delivered upon.

I remember picking up this game the 1st week it was released; been playing ever since; in fact, more often today than ever.

It's a masterpiece.

Great game but I'm glad that we will be able to choose appearance and clothing this time around. Never been able to play a male Gangrel because he looks so dorky.

That's one I'll frequently go back to. Even rebought it on steam. Shame it was released so buggy. Never got the popularity it deserved imo. I'm just happy somebody's making a sequel.

The Male Gangrel never bothered me as much as the male Malkavian, especially with the armor that made him look like a pimp. Yech.

I remember that episode in TNG when they encountered essentially a space "whale" orphan who thought that the Enterprise was its mother. That was a cool concept.

The Male Gangrel never bothered me as much as the male Malkavian, especially with the armor that made him look like a pimp. Yech.

Yes, that set of armour with the hat and fur coat is pretty ridiculous.
The female Malkavian outfits all look like stripper outfits which I don't object if it fits the character but its annoying its obligatory.

Haha yeah I remember that one. I think they did another episode that was essentially the same story over again as well.
