Attractive, yes. Beautiful, no.

But really, those hips aren't for repopulating the earth, and bringing one kid or so into the world to die alone is cruel.

That depends. Would you be able to break into a sperm bank or a storage facility for frozen embryos? If that's the case, her children could come from there in order to keep genetic diversity up. Then you can wait for her daughters to come of age, and you'll have cousins hooking up instead of siblings.
