Golf. Only exciting to me in one instance, when Tiger Woods sinks a putt in a major to beat down one of his numerous weaker "rivals". That's kinda exciting, only because Woods is the man.

Chess, when played, can be quite intense

you forgot nascar! clearly the most boring of the mainstream specatator (on tv that is) sports imo.

as for the rest....all of them i think.

Formula 1 motor racing. Like, the main way of passing is to take less time over your pit stop than your rival when he makes his stop on a different lap. Yawn...

Such a desperate waste of money IMHO.

Cricket is exciting, especially with Australia winning. I would say the most boring game would be Golf.

@EJ - There is one F1 race in the States; it's at Indy.

My most boring (no particular order) :

Baseball
Golf
Auto Racing (If there was such a thing as passing in F1,
it would actually be watchable).

Watching golf live on the field is not that bad, at least you're outside. Watching golf on tv is one of the stupidest thing to do ever.
