Where to download DoC v. 1.18?

I've spent a lot of time searching both on Google and the CivFanatics forum, but I can't find a download link anywhere for v. 1.18. Only for v. 1.17.
Is there something I've missed?

Version 1.18 has not been released yet and is still in development. You can access the development version of 1.18 on github. See this post for more information.

OK, thanks a lot.
I was also wondering when I saw that YouTuber Hickman888 was playing a version that seemed to be the c. 1.18. But he may have downloaded the developer version.

Yeah, many people who are active in this forum are using that version by now. I just want to highlight that you can expect issues and breaking changes because things are still in development.
