Which country has the best chance to win the Euro 2004 ?

Who's been voting England? Not a chance, the FA just can't seem to get its collective head out of its arse to organise a team based on talent and chemistry rather than politics. England will make the final 8, but no further.

Germany will win.

Don't look at me, I haven't even voted yet - its too soon. But as an explaination if you live somewhere you may hope that your country will win and this can often be transfered into an actual belief that they could win.
