No. He doesn't, in the most common sense, have a physical form. Essentially, he and his followers are connected in a sort of vast neural net that provides his power base, as well as providing for an augmentation of his followers leaders.
Reproduction occurs essentially the same way as it does with normal humans, although the Hive does spread most rapidly by incorporating new individuals.
