For ye post-mongerers, there is a neat feature in the profiles that shows how many posts one makes per day on the average. sp1023 has 10.13 to Abaddon's 7.03. I'm not sure who is more pitiable.

I remember that my first NESing experience as Persia in NES2 V led das to suspect that I was actually a more experienced player (I think he mentioned Symphony) in disguise. That was a fun NES.

My first NESing experience involved me cursing the mod for destroying a fleet in a manner I thought was unreasonable.

I think most of us have a lot to be embarrassed about with regards to our earliest NESing experience; I, for one, couldn't re-read my posts in the first NES without cringing.

And the stories! Gah. My first story involved a campfire and a politician. It makes my eyes bleed.

My worst early NESing career mistake was trusting people.

Funny, that. I've never gotten bitten for doing that.

I think my first NES was one by NK and I was Tartessos. It died after one update so it really does not count . Jason the King had a NES going at the same time. I played a very weakened Germany and was starting to fix it up and everything. Then it ended too... I guess I really did not have a full first experience good or bad. Sort of like missing the first day of school .
