While We Wait: Part 3

Btw, NK, I seem to recall seeing your present avatar (and a Medieval version of that picture) on some Russian forum well over a year ago. Funny to see that this meme has spread into the Anglonet. ;)

What? Pale Blue Dot? That's a pretty famous image.

Edit: Oh, nevermind.

Aren't we, though? ;)

With regards to trusting/betraying people: I don't trust people in NESes (not to the point of abandoning all precautions, in any case), but in spite of the reputation that was probably largely created by my writing of a treason guide.

may I enquire as to the location of this guide? may find it useful

oh and on the subject of backstabbing I have yet to do it, one of my weaknesses

It's early in the NES Guide thread, but it's not such a big deal. Still, while you're there, you might also want to look up silver2039's guide to genocide. ;)

Well, earlier in that NES my comment was a really timid greeting asking if I could join, with lots of 'Please's and 'If you don't mind's and 'Thank you's. :p I was terrified of rejection, because I saw the NESers as a rather elite community.

Bet you don't think that now.

I remember that one! North King used a great siege tactic during that war, which is probably why I remember it. I don't remember what was that attack exactly, though. :p I think it was either an artificial avalanche or a more ordinary flood caused by the sabotage of canals or something like that. Anyway, it was very effective.

I seem to use unusual siege tactics a lot. :mischief:

I don't know where I found it, exactly. All I saw was, "Bear Cavalry: yeah, you're pretty much ****ed."

I figure it's nice to change avatars every once in a while. :p

I am back on AIM is anyone cares. I just reinstalled it today!

Slowly, returning back to NESing life. Do not scare me away again ;).

I was just showing how NESers change. The main difference between your entry and mine was that I came in with trepidation while you jumped straight into CarmenNES. And I was more concerned about spelling/grammar. ;)

Well, I was rather excited, I mean my first NES! Haven't you gotten that giddy rush of adrenaline?

Well, my first NES was as a nation away from the big wars. I was Malaysia, my only war early on was against an NPC from Japan. I mostly focused on creating a religion. You, on the other hand, pretty much set out to conquer the world. :p

I was India, as you probably remembered, so I was constantly pressured by the Ural Federation.

You mean they updates were slow? Yes, I was kinda pissed. But after hearing lecture after lecture from him at school, I got used to it.

Do you find it absolutely necessary to post in every single thread? By the time I'm posting this, the first 12 threads' last post on this forum were made by you :p

I do understand, but posting stuff like "Let's go kill some Germans" and etc doesn't seem to be well... you know ;)
