So, when asians need to have higher scores to get into college, that's not discriminatory?
If you lower the standard for one group, whoever it is, the others are then at a disadvantage.
This is pretty simple, I don't understand your resistance to see it.

And quite frankly I just don't see why you have a problem with what I an saying. If blacks have to jump over 10 hurdles and Asians only have to jump over 5 hurdles to get to the same place, why is it wrong to do something to equalize the effort they have to put into to get to the same place? That's all AA does, is try to even up the number of hurdles people have to go over. We are not talking about blacks having fewer hurdles with AA.

Ok, but you don't see the flaw?
What about a poor asian in a bad neighborhood vs a well to do black in a good neighborhood...
Whose getting a leg up in that case? Or several legs up?

That's the point, basing this on RACE is what makes it discriminatory.

If you have different standards for different races, it is discriminatory.
End of story.

You can get the last word, but the bottom line is, AA is a discriminatory practice no matter how you try to justify it.

But it really isn't. All AA does is address patterns of discrimination that already exist. It does not in any way, shape, or form, cause discrimination.
