Bear in mind that Monday is a US holiday. The last time this happened we had a FL on Wednesday instead of Tuesday and another one on Friday.

Given how popular Rome is in these votes and how much it is anticipated, and if Firaxis didn't make an exact release plan before the first video started, I'd leave them to be revealed last, if I were Firaxis. More tension, more hype.
Funny thing that the formerly never very voted for Russia is so popular in this poll after India is gone...

I'd love to see Russia next week. I suppose one could come up with a pretty good narrative for why they'd come up.

Hello, the guy named '2K_China' I have mentioned before just posted that there will be a new civ revealed at 7:30 am, Sep 4th here in China(which I assume is at 7:30 pm EDT, Sep 3rd), though he didn't mention any info about this civ.

Yes, I thought that, too. My hope is getting up that the exclusive reveal is something big. Like they reveal both Greece's Leaders on Pax (and thus confirming multiple leaders officially) and we'll see Pericles tonight (1.30 AM where I am ) and Gorgo next Wednesday.
Of course, I will be wrong. But it's fun to hope, isn't it?

What, this '2K_China' guy previously claimed to have reason to think Arabia would be the next Civ revealed? Or are you talking about something else? If that's the case, surely whatever he says has no credibility?

Yes, this 2K-China had some guesses, based on common logic (like Germany before Gamescom), but nothing really cool so far. The info about reveal soon is the same king of information - we know there's going to be some reveal on Firaxis panel.

Well 2K China mentioned a religious civ was meant to be released on Thursday and got pushed back till Tuesday when we got India which was a heavily religion focused civ. He's been pretty accurate with his guesses so far but this little tidbit will make or break his reputation in my opinion. I'm hoping he's right about a new civilization and I'm hoping they show Pericles and Gorgo, it would give them quite a bit to talk about at the panel.
