Now I know sometimes I post these threads and we all have a good laugh at my ignorance of the legal system of the USA, but this time I'm deadly serious, and if anyone treats this as a joke thread I'll be very, very angry.
Imagine the following: The US presidential salary is not as high as you might imagine, so after a binge of buying sweets and stuff Obama is skint. He looks up the 'want ads' and sees and advertisement whereby a team of scientists will pay people to allow medical experiments to be conducted upon them. He goes to the test centre (in the beltway) and the scientists strap him on to a cold metal table. After a brief conversation with the main scientist, Obama is violently injected with a serum which causes him to black out. When he wakes up, his penis has grown to serveral dozen metres long. From now on he needs to strap it around his body to get by, and he looks a bit like he's in a penis-cocoon. anyway, at a conference with Hu Jintao, he sees an attractive serving-girl and gets a sex erection. His dickle knock a waiter over, causing him to spill scalding pale green soup over Obama's gentleman.
So from then on the whole world is aware that Barrack Hussein Obama has a huge but scalded penis, making him the ridicule object of the diplomatic community. Wikileak cables reveal that America's enemies are planning to attack because they don't believe in the deterrence credibility's of a POTUS with such appalling penis wounds,
So my question is thus: would the House of Representititves or Congress legally be allowed impeach him on the basis that his penis was too badly wounded to fulfill the duties of his office?
Now don't treat me like a moron. I asked this because I want legal and political advice. Not some crazy kid laughing as if everything is a joke.
