The blank map is easy for its a PNG. The map with nations on it on page one will not edit well because WIM. SAVED. IT. AS. A. JPG.

PNGs are 9001 times better than JPGs.

EDIT: However, if you have a bad internet and you can't upload much then JPGs don't take up much space at all.
