OOC: New rule.

Cities: Every 5 turns will generate +1 Economy for your nation. Cities will appear on the map and disappear from the map upopn my whim. Criteria for cites are 1) stories 2) living conditins 3) culture and 4) education. if these are good enough a new city might be put on the map. Each country will automaticly be given 1 city this turn and each new country will be given 1 city. This is the capital.


Europe

Russia begins diplomatic talks with the Volga Empire. The Volga Empire appreciates the Russian hospitality greatly. Soon Russia builds a road to the Volga. Soon fish and clay are brought back to Moscow, these are then sold at the markets improving economy. Russia and the Volga can now open trade routes with each other.

Within Germania a great military spending is held to enlarge the navy and army. This comes at a good time as Germania reaches the Danube. Here fish and raw materials are plenty. Unfortunetly a large tribe called the Danube have settled close by. They will not stand Germania's presence. Meanwhile the economy collapses and farmers soon begin to anger. They demand the government give them supplies.

Scandanavia begins to dominate the region. It enlsarges the rate at which it brings in soldiers and have the largest rate in the world. They also build many temples and grow start a tiny culture. Tribes to the north are impressed and join with the Scandanavians. However a tribe of barbarin still refuses the Scandanavians. The Vikings to the north have dominated over northern Norway. They have formed their own culture and ways. The Vikings crave the rich scandanavian lands and have amassed a navy force unriveled in the world.

Portugal builds dirt roads parellel to the river to allow fsaster movement. Goods from farms now reach Lisbon faster. Portugsal continues to expand along the river, but many farmers feel that they should expand across the river, rather then continue to stretch the empire.

The Greek economy grows as farmers pile into the Sparten lands. Peopel begin to migrate towards the north in an attempt to find new lands. A new tribe has come forth to oppose the Greeks. The Macadonians wish for peace with the Greeks, but have banded together to protect themselves. Their militarty strength rivels that of Greece.

Mid-East

Israel enlarges it's military so it can conquer the smaller tribes. Israel continues to expand unchallenenged however.

Egypt builds more temples and priests go out into the world. The Small culture is the largest in the world. Thousands flock to thebes all around Egypt. Several tribes join with Egypt to be part of it's greatness. The Priests have begun to write pictures on the walls of temples.

The Hittites also begin to put picyures on walls, cave walls. These pictures, or drawings tell stories of the Hittite legends and history. The Hittites become the smartest people in the world. The capital of Hattusas is a center of philosophy and thinking. The Hittite soldiers reach the Black Sea. Many believe this to be the end of the world to the north. Some exploers wish to venture off however, but this would require War Rafts.

The fledgling Persia expands along the sea and enlarges it's military. This however brings supplies away from the fatrmers who need it most. The new civilization's economy Collapses and the farmers are anghered. Already hundreds have been arrested in Persepolis.

Africa

(NPC)The new civilization of Morroco begins to conquer tribes once pilliged by the Numidian Mercenaries. The merchents in Cassablanca enjoy the pilliged goods. (NPC)

Asia

Vietnam enlarges it's military once more. This helps Vietnam continue to expand. This angers local tribes. Several band together to form Cambodia to the west and Hanois the the north. Both are equally strong and threten the Vietnamease borders. people in Hanoi fear the barabarian threat.

The King was happy about the messages of reaching the northern end of the world. but he had heard stories about the southern end of the world? He decided to send his well proven General to this dangerous mission.

The same General that already conquered many tribes around him and the same General that had reached the northern end of the world. He would do it the same way as last time conquering everything on his way and pillage same villages using the well proven maskign trick.

The history of the Hittites was written down in the caves forever. but the Kign decided that his people should leave this caves and settle down in the open fields forming small bands to protect each other. A clever Hittite woman had discovered a way to build small huts with animal skin. she called it a tent. this new invention was given to all of his followers.

With the trade agreements and Imperial Highway under construction, several Russian and Volgan merchants start constructing ports and ships in the town of Danu, which is the planed ending point of the Imperial Highway. The opening of many jobs in the town has attracted several families from Russia and Volgan Empire. As the city expands, Kalachnik II contracted some of Moscow;s best architects to design for the people of Danu.

As the Emperors return from the Volga, an Imperial Diet was conduced over the issue of what to do with the growing size of Russia. After a week of debating, the Diet finally produced a solution.

These words were sent though out the Empire.
“People of Russia, to tackle the growing size of modern day Russia, Russia shall be divided into two provinces to conduct local affairs. This will free up the Emperor and his advisers to deal with matters of national importance.
Dara, the province that most of Old Russia lays will be governed by Victor Gorbochek, one of Russia’s top boyars. The other half, Vandlchnick is the newly conquered land to the south; the governorship has been given to the son of a chieftain of a great tribe, which has recently joined the Empire.”

Persia was in a depression. The people were poor, and it was visible. The days when produce was worth something at the markets were long forgotten. Cyrus set out to change this. First step was to take Persia our of the depression that it found itself in. Second was to send Persian soldiers to gain some great victorious. With this, Persia could begin to recover.
