Wonder build dates?

With BtS I'm returning to Civ4 from a long hiatus and one of the things that is giving me trouble is not knowing whether I am building a wonder too early/too late. Is there a chart anywhere that shows approximate dates at which the AI usually builds wonders on different difficulties/game speeds?

I know of no chart. In BtS, on Monarch difficulty, i've noticed the AI building:

Great Wall before 2000 BC
Stonehenge before 2000 BC
Oracle before 1000 BC
Pyramids before 1 AD
Great Lighthouse before 1 AD
Colossus before 1 AD

Due to the new Aesthetics requirement, the Great Library and Parthenon are often not built until after 1 AD.

You can also forget about getting an early religion (Buddhism, Hinduism) on Monarch unless you have a commerce tile you can work immediately.

Sorry I dont have dates for you, but at least in my games the Temple of Artemis gets built by the AI fairly early. (Even in Warlords it would usually get priority over the Parthenon.) And they almost always go for the Great Lighthouse before the Colossus, if only because the AIs don't make Metal Casting a priority.

Approximate dates wont work, because sometimes AI get the resources to boost the wonders, other times they don't. Sometimes you get an AI who is industrious, and has the techs to grab a certain wonder right off the bat, other times you don't. Sometimes the AI stumbles across a hut that gives it a jump on the wonder production. Sometimes................

I've asked this question at least three times on the board and have never heard anything definitive.
Ah well.

For Warlords/Prince

To be safe without acounting for extream situations...

SH - Before 1900BC
Orical - Before 1500BC
ToA - Before 700BC
Pyrmids - Before 600BC
Parthanon - Before 600BC
HG - Before 200BC

Thats what I aimed for to be resonably sure of getting them. However wierd situations occure and things are differnt in BtS.

I found out that I lost those religions even with a one commerce tile (and two one commerce tiles for a turn or two). The only way I got the religion was with a two commerce tile right from the start (gold on a hill). And that was with Gandhi near me who didn't manage to found Hinduism either. I'm not sure which he was going for, or who's on the other continent that founded Hinduism, I'll have to wait to contact them.

As for the wonders, I've seen the Great Lighthouse built earlier on quite a few occasions. The Aesthetics wonders are indeed late to come, though I saw Alexander complete the Statue of Zeus fairly early in one game. The little rat really wanted to go to war and I gave him a lot of opportunities when I became his master.

slobbering talked about "a commerce tile", in general, not "a one commerce tile". I assume a tile with min 2 commerce, of not 3 (financial)

I haven't had problems with any wonder so far. In BtS there's definitely more time to build wonders especially from the beginning as AI start with only 1 settler it can't build wonders if one focus on one or couple early wonders he's going to probably get it. I have started to build stonehenge and colussus sometimes greatwall wihtout resources or trait without problems but I don't know maybe I haven't played enough on Emperor.

Things can be weird, though - in one Epic Monarch game I was playing, the Pyramids weren't built until 1400 AD. Really, really strange. I think Lincoln built them....

 Why didn't you build them, in that case??

I thought they had been built a long time before! I usually play with a CE, and since I was playing as Darius (Org/Fin) that makes a lot of sense, so the Pyramids aren't as important, so I don't usually build them unless I'm industrious and I have stone. I didn't have stone, and I wasn't industrious, so I just didn't think about building them. Usually the AI builds it sometime before 1 AD, and I thought I had just missed it or something until the "Lincoln has completed the Pyramids!" thing popped up.

Very strange. (This was in BTS, by the way)

Because Lincoln was always there, just hiding in Vanilla or Warlords. ;)
