I mean, Adam and Eve sinned. Lucifer fell.

Why do people assume that people won't continue to sin in Heaven? Will they have more information that those two groups had?

Because we will be perfect there. Our sinful "flesh" will be replaced with sinless bodies.

What happens if you try to sin in heaven?

Well then didn't Lucifer also have a "sinless body" or are angels an imperfect exception?

Don't even go there. Trust me when I say there's no way of knowing until you actually go to heaven.

What is a sinless body?

Isn't sin in the mind?

Just warning you, my time on here is limited, so if this turns into a long debate, I might not be able to finish it. (I'll be back on for good in a week or so, though)

Simply put, you can't, or rather, won't. You will have no inclination to.

As for Lucifer, angels still have free will. (Or had, as some believe angels actually only had the decision to accept or deny God that once; I think that's ridiculous, but some believe it) He chose to rebel against God.

Sorry if that wasn't clear, my mind is a bit fried today. Basically, humans have free will to choose moral choices here on Earth - then we deal with them after we die. Angels like Lucifer, on the other hand, have free will in Heaven, then have to deal with their choice after the Judgement. Basically, we're similar in that we each have a place where we make choices, then we deal with them later, the difference is in the original place where we make the choices.

And technically speaking, I'm pretty sure the Heaven Lucifer was thrown out of is not the New Earth God is creating for humans to live on after the Judgement. Don't ask for a verse on that though, like I said, my mind is fried.

Then heaven is no paradise. It sounds like it would get really boring, in fact.

If you find total bliss, complete happiness and total fulfillment boring, then maybe so. I very much doubt that I'll lack for things to do, however. Even excluding the whole "worshipping God" thing, which is after all the reason we're there, I doubt it. With all the billions of people to meet, all the music to listen to, art to see, books to read, I think I'll have plenty to do.

I think living a completely stress-free life is mentally unhealthy.

What? You wouldn't be tempted to make sweet love to all those hot angels that are just lying around doing nothing anyway?

I heard somewhere that you cant even eat or sleep in heaven because its a mortal function.

That would suck. And i bet you cant have sex in heaven either because thats lust and you dont need to reproduce in heaven.

In an eternity, you will get bored of all of those things.

I never liked art, people, or music, so if I go to heaven (no.), I would become bored really, really, quickly. If there are no challenges, then life gets boring.

Well screw dat holmes.

If I happen to arrive at the golden gates, and such conditions are true, then I'd kindly ask saint peter to deport me out of there either to earth again, or down to hell where I can indulge in such "sin" at my leisure.

Or if he won't send me anywhere, and I am forced to go into goody two shoes land, I will kindly ask Saint Peter for a six shooter...:suicide:

So what if I entered heaven, and then insulted God, what would God do?

If god is as truly merciful, forgiving, and tolerent as the bible says i would hope he doesnt give a damn.

I don't presume to know, but I'm pretty sure hell isn't exactly what South Park makes it out to be.

If hell is what the bible makes it out to be then god is a mean twisted bastard. Nobody deserves that sort of punishment.

No not really.
I believe it was that Lucifier loved mankind so much he taught them knowledge. Thus allowing mankind to choose its own destiny which resulted in hes banishment.

Somehow this story was changed to a story of snake, temptation and apples.

As for Lucifer, angels still have free will. (Or had, as some believe angels actually only had the decision to accept or deny God that once; I think that's ridiculous, but some believe it) He chose to rebel against God.

The orginal story we may never truely know. but oldest archives show where mythology and ideological story have similar roots in other pagan religons ideas.

the religious version is. Lucifcer wanted angels as divine beings to choose there own destiny. Thinking that such "high" beinings created by the hand of God could be allowed true free will.

The scientific and historical is such stories were likely pagerised by the orginal worshipers of pagan religons as they "absordbed" other minority religons. Specificly the story came from worshipping of the ancient sun god. In which a similar story existed.

Theological looking at such a story, seems strang given the the accepted heiracheia structed and acceptence that heaven would be a type of "sacred monarchy" (an idea of late 300AD). Seems to point that such passages probably were rewritten during the byzatine empires development.
Rebellion against and immrtal divine being and quest for free will. Seems to me an nobe cause which links to mankinds freewill, In which God allows Lucifier the planet "earth" in which to carry out hes "grand experiment"
