Jacques felt cold and tired. He opened his eyes and looked up at the concrete ceiling, which had some pieces flaking off. He looked around the dusty room he was in. A concrete room, with lots of boxes that read 'Ammo' and 'Files'. He looked at the table in front of him, a bottle of Bordeaux Wine and a small platter with a small piece of bread and a few slices of cheese. He gulped down the rest of the bottle and bit into the bread. He realized how hungry he was now, and immediately wolfed down the rest.
After he had finished his meal, he looked at the other contents of the table. A few MP40s, a Sten, some Mauser pistols, and a Kar98k. In his pocket, he felt a knife. He looked at a small letter on the table and picked it up. It was probably the tenth or eleventh time he read it, but he decided to read it again.
'Dear Red Shoulder,
This is Agent Blue Trousers. I have the intel on the next target, a German ammo dump just two miles west of the bunker, codename Greyhound. We need to take out this ammo dump, to make sure nobody can use these weapons. About a week from now, our team will assemble on 'Javelin Hill', at 0100 hours, and proceed to the ammo dump. From there on, we will use the plan on the map enclosed. I have also enclosed several photos of the site we need to destroy. After we kill all the guards, we will plant the Composite B, which will be given by the supplier shortly. Finally, we will blow up the ammo dump, and run the hell out of there.'
Jacques set the letter down, and stared back at the ceiling.
'S**t.' he thought. 'That supplier was supposed to come two hours ago.'
He heard the sound of the metal door open. He picked up the Mauser and yelled, "Who's there?"
"Its me!" a gruff voice said.
Jacques put the pistol down. In came an old man with grey hair, a young adult with brown hair and blue eyes, and an attractive young lady with blonde hair and green eyes.
"Bonjour Dion." Jacques said to the old man. "And hello to you Alphonse and his fair lady, Marie."
"Shut up" said Marie.
"Alright, so, where the hell is the damn supplier? Do you know where he is?"
"Yes, in fact I do" said Marie. "The fool stepped on a mine. Luckily, we were in the area and managed to get the Comp B"
She held out a satchel filled to the brim with blocks of explosives.
"Good, now where's the other five?"
"They're coming soon" said Alphonse. "Their train got delayed, but they'll be here in an hour or so."
"I sure hope so" said Dion. "Now enough chit-chat, let's start to review the plan"
Dion took a pistol from out of his coat, Alphonse took out several grenades and plunked them on the table. Marie took some binoculars and a sniper's scope out of her handbag.
"Let's begin" said Jacques.
