Alexander... it's like a disease with this guy! Seems like he can't help it..

And definitely Hiawatha after mid-game. IMO Hiawatha is more dangerous as he seems to get along good till mid-game but come 1400~1600 AD and BAM! he makes the game hell!

I actually don't care for Alex, I mean I only play on Prince but I can usually trust him.
Also he goes to war with my neighbors for a fair price usually.

Who I really hate is Kamehameha (Polynesia) >:
He just keeps expanding all the time. -.-

I also had bad times with Genghis, but I usually manage to suppress him until I haz nukes.

The worst is Hiawatha. He's always the biggest empire in my games. I hate him.

The best neighbor to have is China. Never expands, and Wu is always content with her three cities.

I tend to run a smaller military until later in the game. So if I give open borders to any civ they Dow me. So no open borders unless I plan on setting a trap. Tend to have

Monty is actually always been nice to me. But then in every game i've played he has been
1. On another continent.
2. Nearly dead by the hands of someone competent.
3. Exceedingly primitive despite large armies, therefore "Afraid" of my might.
Even if Alexander is all of those things, he still wants to kill me, even if I don't mess with city states.

Ramkhamhaeng and Hiawatha are invariably my super-powerful allies. Ramkhamhaeng is always nice and my eternal friend, but Hiawatha has a backstabby thing going on towards me.

Every time I fall for the same mistake. Every time I expect him to be a honorable samurai and reason that if I don't bother him too much, he won't bother me. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. he declares war on me and refuses to make peace until I give him all of my cities.

Napoleon too, but he's more of a bro about it. If he knows he can take me, he demands all of my resources and some cities. If he knows I got the upper hand, he's willing to offer a white peace without holding any grudges.

Oh, and Catherine. She always starts out as a nice, friendly, pleasant neighbour, until she suddenly invades your lands without any appearant reason. She just loves to backstab me for some reason.

I've never had too much problems with Genghis though, the only times he ever became guarded or hostile towards me was after I invaded him.

Although average in early game, Hiawatha becomes extremely dangerous in late game.

It's actually a tough call...Alex always hates me so i expect it. Monty always attacks you. Catherine was the one who really surprised me, she attacked me without reason, and then wanted to be friends after i won the war. the Ottomans just hated me for a while even though their army was huge and right on my border. Never attacked.

I really only get annoyed when neighbors do not make reasonable trades...for me...that is a cause for war.....

His nuke attribute is rated as "10" (ie. basically higher than any other civ in-game).

My best bet is saying it's more related to modern India rather than the person of Ghandi: India has a tendency to treathen one of their unfortunate neighbours *cough*Pakistan*cough* with nuclear strikes ever so often, and the only thing that actually prevents them from doing it is fear of M.A.D.

You have crossbows or what have you, and he has this huge carpet of hammers and bows. Never ceases to amuse.

His nuke attribute is rated as "10" (ie. basically higher than any other civ in-game).

*Kim Jong-Il* You think so small. *end* His nuke attribute is 12. Which means it's always 10, even if he randomly gets a minus 2 modifier to it (which is the most it can be modified). It's the only 12 rating on the whole board. In fact, nothing else is even rated 11

I agree with Alex, Bismark, Oda for sure. If any of them are my neighbors, they will DoW. Also I would have to add Elizabeth. We are often going for the same victory type (Cultural) so she is always declaring war on me in my games, and especially so if she is my neighbor because not only are we trying to win the same way, and she doesn't like it but also she covets my land as well!
