Would you consider 180 cm to be short for a man?

180 cm for an adult man is

As a tall person (not that tall but pretty tall) I have some advantages. I can reach the top shelf, usually.
But I can never be comfortable in an airplane, rarely in a car, can't ever buy pants except online, etc, etc.

edit: I have actually put my height in a percentile calculator and it turns out I'm in the 97-98th percentile, 2+ standard deviations above the mean, so maybe that is that tall :shifty:

Or to put it another way, I'm shorter than 17 out of every thousand adult men in the US.

5ft & 10.8661in I don’t really consider tall. Though I’m only 2.8661in shorter than 5ft 10.8661in (I’m 5” 8’ tall).

You have your way, I have mines .
180 cm is approximate in the first place, I wake up a few mm above that, by the afternoon, I've dropped a few cm below that. It's silly to go to 4 decimal points of precision when converting an approximate, rounded measurement in the first place.
The actual, historical Paul Kruger was 170 cm, but that was a good height for the 19th century.

Again: you have your way, I have mine’s. I deal with thousandth of an inch practically everyday and it’s second nature to me. If you’re going to scold me for using thousandths of an inch, keep it to yourself .

So 180 cm is a rounded (down) measurement of my height. 180.4 cm is my true morning height.

I don't see how tall is "more aesthetic". It's as if this is subjective or something :D

Iirc Lovecraft was unhappy with being (in his view) tall, and google tells me he was 1.79.
Same with Kafka (according to google, he was 1.82).

For Muricans... 180 cm is 5'10"

So no its not short. Its actually slightly tall/average, as in one inch taller than short/average at 5'9". I believe average global male height is between 5'9"-5'10".

As a followup, many American women arbitrarily set 6'0" as their ideal and/or minimum height standard for males in their relationships, for whatever various reasons.

Anyone shorter than Giannis is short.

(2.11 metres = 6 11)

You must be an adorable little pocket prince then!
I actually have a fairly stocky build, I'm not tiny in terms of frame.

I think Lovecraft was mentally ill.

all attraction properties are subjective. that said, on average more height is beneficial relative to less in terms of how someone is perceived, unless it's extreme.
