I was kind of dissociating in horror while watching the thing so I could well be wrong, but I did think there was at least one part where they were allowed to do some back-and-forth.

I would broadly agree with your point about Biden riffiny & think "would you shut up man" was a great line but unfortunately 2024 Biden is not 2020 Biden.

Why compromise, Biden has always been both scum that will say ANYTHING for popularity and a stammerer that randomly makes up things that almost no one believes. And he happens to be dismantling the country entirely while parroting "defense of democracy".

Trump on the other hand is having the time of his life and it's fun watching him throw everyone's hamsters off their wheels. It's gonna be even more fun if he wins even with all the election interference and magic vote changes thrown at him and proceeds to do exactly to his hypocrite opponents what they have been doing to him. Yeah I guess the people who think their own state is collapsing because they were told by out of state rightwing media will move to those other states and repeat the talking points for why. Then their neighbors will decide what to believe.

But prices are high here because wages are high, unemployment is low, and people like it here. Our government is quite functional and mostly improving every time I have to interact with it.

Except the DMV. That had a good run from like 2004-2016 and for some reason sucks again. Just spent 2 hours there today, got in line a hour before it opened only to get turned away. But the lady was very nice about it.

I think he can. He was better the second hour. You don’t warm up unless you got something. I do agree he’s not in great shape and not the same. But also like, he was in bad shape then too. The night of his victory speech (I think? Or around then?) looked bad too and they tried to hide it.

All you need to do is open your eyes and take in what you are seeing. The Democrats are nothing more than a bunch of perverts and liars that mobilize unions as a means of economic intimidation and nonprofits as a means of fabricating source roots consent. The party started off as a kind of mafia running election scams and intimidation campaigns and never really stopped being one. There is not a single thing Trump gets pooped on that is not rife among their ranks.... at least he did not get caught doing his devience in the white house... like numorous democrat presidents were.
