Hillsbrad - part of the Alliance, by the way. ;)

Meh, i'll charge around with gay abandon.. i'm sure i'll soon learn.. the hard way ;)

Abaddon there are (currently) three (major) forces which are,
The Grand Alliance made up of:

Spoiler :
  • Stormwind
  • Ironforge
  • Exodar
  • Darnassus.
(Human, Dwarf, Dreanei and Night Elf.)

The Horde made up of:

Spoiler :
  • Orgrimmar
  • Thunder Bluff
  • Undercity/Lorderon
  • Silvermoon
(Orc, Tauren, Foresaken and Blood Elf.)

The Scourge made up of:

Spoiler :
  • Northrend Undead
  • Plaguelands Undead
    (Both undead)

(I tried to make them as close to their colors on the map as possible.)

Oh, well I didn't plan on attacking anyone out of those lists.. so I think I am good

Those are just the major powers of those groups, there are many smaller nations that are friendly with those groups and those groups would help them if they were attacked.

Just look on the front page, Abbadon. It's all there. That said, it's not as though anyone can actually strike back at the Nagas right now, so...

All I know there is a hell of a lot of little blobs, some named some not.. an I plan to change that.

An its . .. .. .. .ing abaddon and you know it.

I was referring to the Diplomatic Agreements section.

Nailix, you forgot the gnomes. But that's ok. Everone forgets the gnomes. :p

The gnomes are technically the foederati of Ironforge.

For a more indepth look into the warcraft universe go to www.wowwiki.com and get completely devoured in the lore. Trust me, there is a LOT there. Couple days worth in reading total

Both should be listed, since both races played an intricit and nearly crucial part in the:
1. Founding of Orgimmar itself
2. The solidifying of the Dwarvish kingdom of Ironforge.

They deserve it

In case you haven't noticed, they are listed as races within Ogrimmar and Ironforge respectively.

Update 3 – Month: 5-6 Year: 30 ADP

GADGETZEN TIMES – Neutral town, neutral news.

World:

Alliance-Horde Council?! There has been a lot of diplomatic talk between several members of the Horde and Alliance in creating a council to discuss war plans against the undead Scourge, and to perhaps keep the peace between these two pacts. It is expected that the Cenarion Circle and Argent Dawn will mediate the council, but whether or not it will occur is unknown.

Northern Kalimdor:

Darkshore Secured! A taskforce led by General Feathermoon successfully cleared Darnassus’ shores from the growing Murloc infestation. While several ships were sunk along the shore, no major casualties were reported. We have also gotten word that the Twilight’s Cult has done the same. There have been reports of almost a dozen large beached sea creatures along the shoreline, none native to the nearby waters. The mystery as to their purpose is currently being investigated.
(Darnassus: -3 navy, -5 army; Twilight’s Cult: -3 army)

Azuremyst News! The Exodar has moved a small force in to free the Stillpine captives taken by the Bristlelimb about 4 months ago. The move was met with minimal resistance and the Exodar has warned the Bristlelimb to remain peaceful in the future. Still the Stillpine demand vengeance and have been stopped several times by Exodar forces from launching raids on the Bristlelimb. The Exodar has tried to satisfy their allies by retaking their hold from the moonkin. In other news on the island, the murloc infestation was destroyed by Exodar forces.
(Exodar: -6 army, -1 magic; Bristlelimb: -1 army)

Ashenvale Powderkeg! The situation in Ashenvale has mounted to a powder keg situation. Several small raids continued the past months prompting the Orcs to increase the size of their border garrison. With a large portion of Darnassus’ military assets elsewhere, it further elevated the anxiety of the night elves. The most violent fighting has taken place in an area known as “Warsong Gulch” between the northern most outposts near the Green Dragonflight’s Bough Shadow. Here the two sides have gone so far as to hire adventurers to bring back prizes from each others forts.

Spitelash Expansion! Something news worthy is the Spitelash naga’s expansion farther into Azshara. The Naga had been relatively quiet since their arrival in the area. Perhaps spurred by the Twilight incursion a couple months ago, or from the other seaborne events, it’s not certain. What is certain is it has local Orgrimmar commanders worried, especially with the possibility of having to fight the night elves becoming an ever closer reality and the current war raging across the Barrens.

Central/Southern Kalimdor:

War in Barrens! Several events have transpired which has created a war raging across the central region of Kalimdor. Firstly was the Razorfen raids of Orgrimmar and Thunder Bluff lands which were met with strong resistance and counter-attacks. This was followed up with a Razorfen invasion of the Barrens which was initially countered by strong Orgrimmar defenses. But upon hearing of Orgrimmar’s war the Kolkar began an all-out offensive to try and consolidate their disunited nation. Under Warlord Krom’Zar the Koklar have united their two outposts in southern Barrens. Meanwhile their outpost in Durotar was destroyed after heavy fighting. The Razorfen outposts too have seen heavy combat but have held as they are built to do. With The Crossroads now under constant raiding from the Kolkar and Razorfen Orgrimmar is slowly losing its grip on the Barrens. With extra forces now in Ashenvale to stop the raids occurring from Darnassus lands, a fifth of their military in Northrend, and other fractions of the military in outposts across the world, Orgrimmar have been hard-pressed to stop their enemies. With Orgrimmar preoccupied the Witchwing have occupied an Orc fort which was left with a skeleton crew as a result of the other invasions. It has been an ever growing concern that further nations will strike at this moment of weakness. The Stonemaul have recalled their force in Quel’thalas and elements in Thunder Bluff demand the same.
(Kolkar: -18 Army, -7 Magic; Razorfen: -16, -8 magic; Witchwing: -4 army, -1 magic; Orgrimmar: -22 Army, -3 air, -10 magic Thunder Bluff: -8 Army, -4 magic)

Lordaeron:
Amani Forces Pushed Back! The combined forces of Silvermoon and Thunder Bluff have finally made headways against the Amani invasion. By shear numbers (Horde forces outnumbered the trolls 2:1) the Amani invasion has been turned back and its deep strikes stopped by the construction of static defenses. Meanwhile the Amani fleet has been completely destroyed by combined air and sea operations. Silvermoon has begun launching its own retaliatory strikes deep into Amani territory, killing hundreds and burning several farms to the ground. The war has been very messy and bloody, and one the trolls have come ill-prepared to win.
(Silvermoon: -15 army, -2 navy, -4 air, -7 magic; Thunder Bluff: -5 army, -2 magic; Amani: -18 army, -6 navy, -3 air -10 magic)

Western Scarlet Forces Destroyed! Despite last-ditch efforts to reinforce the positions with fresh recruits, Scourge forces have annihilated the last Scarlet positions in Western Plaugelands. The fall of Hearthglen was a catastrophic blow to humanity with over 3000 souls torn from their bodies. Its believed Grand Inquisitor Isilian was allowed to live long enough for Kel’Thuzad to personally kill him. Meanwhile Grand Crusader Saidan Dathrohan has gone missing, with reports saying he successfully fled the battlefield, though where he has gone is a mystery. With two-thirds of the crusade’s command now dead or undead, the saner High General Abbendis has successfully assumed complete command of the Scarlet Crusade.
(Scarlet Crusade: -32 army, -5 magic, -4 g/t; Scourge: -17 army, -3 magic, Marduk +1 level, +2 g/t)

Undercity Offensive Reaches Andorhal! An offensive launched by Undercity has reached the ruins of the town of Andorhal as scourge forces were off fighting other forces. Andorhal is the main center of Scourge operations in the Western Plaguelands. Quick efforts by Araj the Summoner saved the town from falling, but this led to further Scourge defeats elsewhere.
(Undercity: -6 army, -2 magic Scourge: -5 army, -2 magic)

Scourge Slowly Loses in Eastern Plaguelands! Scarlet and Argent Dawn forces have continued to advance against the Scourge, being stopped only by the fortresses of The Fungal Vale and The Noxious Glade respectively. Without reinforcements these two forts will most surely fall scoring a great victory for living kind.
(Scarlet: -4 army, -1 magic; Argent: -3 army, -2 magic; Scourge: -7 army, -3 magic)

Fenris Keep Besieged! Undercity has launched a second assault on Fenris Keep, this time more successful. Having cleared Rot Hide positions outside, the keep has come under siege from Undercity forces. Snarlemane was reported of killing several deathstalkers himself before retreating into the stronghold. Storming the keep might prove bloody, but since the Rot Hides are still living a long siege would do just fine.
(Undercity: -2 army; Rot Hide: -3 army, -1 magic)

Boulderfist Join Fight! In an effort to keep a hold on its falling power, the Syndicate has successfully made alliances with the Boulderfist ogres. Promising them all land east of the city of Stromgarde, the Boulderfist soon launched an invasion. Stromgarde had been aware of the Syndicate-Boulderfist connection and had successfully held them off near the eastern river and lake. Another threat to look out for are the Witherbark trolls who have received envoys from both the Syndicate and Boulderfist, but local concerns about the Wildhammer and Vilebrance could keep them out.
(Boulderfist: -7 army, -2 magic; Stromgarde: -7 army, -1 magic)

Syndicate Defeats Hillsbrad! Thanks to both the distraction of Stromgarde and the pulling out of major Kul Tiras forces, the Syndicate was able to redistribute forces to successfully defeat a Hillsbrad attempt to split the organization’s territory in two. Its believed that the heavy use of rogue Kirin Tor mages is what won the day for the Syndicate. While successful in this regard, Syndicate forces were unable to push Alliance forces away from Durnholde.
(Hillsbrad: -8 army, -2 magic; Ironforge: -1 army; Syndicate: -6 army, -2 magic)

Hillsbrad Destroys Murlocs! In better news for the small human nation of Hillsbrad, Marshall Marcus Redpath personally and successfully drove Murlocs back into the sea.
(Hillsbrad: -2 army, -1 navy)

Khaz Modan/Azeroth

Red Dragonflight Saves Ironforge Army! Once again the Ironforge army was unsuccessful in defeating the Dragonmaw in open battle in the Wetlands, but after losing the Red Dragonflight created a wall of fire to protect the retreating dwarves. This was followed by the re-animation of many of the fallen dead who proceeded to fight the Dragonmaw. While the damage done was minimal, the Dragonmaw have become increasingly paranoid and have refused to further advance into the Wetlands. Already peace envoys have been sent to Ironforge City and a de facto ceasefire has occurred.
(Ironforge: -6 army, -2 magic Dragonmaw: -7 army, -3 magic)

Duskwood Finally Secure?! For the first time in many months the region of Duskwood has become safe. The last of the Worgen have been slaughtered by Stormwind’s armies, and the powerful Dark Riders have retreated to the safety of the Deadwind Pass. It will take time to rebuild Duskwood but hope has finally returned to the region. Still the recent advances of the ogres and gnolls have worried the citizens of the region.
(Stormwind: -6 army, -2 magic; Worgen: destroyed)

Gnolls Stopped by Nobles’ Army! In another successful move by the nobles’ army heavy fighting has secured Darkshire from attack from Shadowhide forces. The casualties inflicted in this fight were far higher than their victory over the orcs, but the victory has greatly earned the Nobles respect and admiration. Since it has been the nobles who have given two of the last 4 major victories in the last months, there has been increasing pressure on the Committee from not only the nobles themselves, but also the crowds of Stormwind City, the refugees from Redridge, and several members of Stormwind’s military (once believed to be entirely loyal to Bolvar) to grant control of Stormwind over to the House of Nobles who they believe are the only ones capable of stopping the Old Horde invasion.
(Stormwind Nobles: -7 army, -1 magic; Shadowhide: -9 army, -1 magic)

Old Horde Stampedes into Elwynn! Using the advancing gnoll forces as a secure flank, the Old Horde has massed an impressive offensive against Stormwind’s armies. As the noble’s army moved to secure duskwood from the gnollish invasion, the Old Horde successfully defeated Master Shaw’s reinforcement force which was outnumbered 2-1. Returning forces from Duskwood managed to regroup with Shaw’s retreating force and make good defensive positions at Eastvale Logging Camp and Ridgepoint Tower. Wildhammer gryphon riders have proven most useful in keeping the Old Horde’s air forces in check.
(Stormwind: -16 army, -4 air, -7 magic; Old Horde: -12 army, -7 air, - 5 magic)

Alliance Expedition Arrives in Westfall! A very large force from Kul Tiras arrived in Stormwind City and marched to Westfall to secure the area from the Defias Brotherhood. The action has prompted a large amount of debate in the Committee on the Conduct of the War. Several members have argued that this action is in direct violation of the purpose of the committee and they should have had final say in this decision, other members argue that this is completely within the power of the Highlord to call for help and the action of Stormwind’s allies do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Committee. Regardless heavy fighting has occurred between Kul Tiras’ forces and that of the Defias Brotherhood. The superior magic-forces that the Defias employed allowed them to wreak some havoc on the Kul Tiras column as it attempted to march on Moonbrook. A retreat back to sentinel hill was ordered and the Defias have once again regained control of the Gold Coast Quarry. Attacks from the Vul’Gol have not allowed them to further capitalize on their victory. Meanwhile an expedition from Darnassus has also arrived in Stormwind which should be capable of turning the tides in Westfall.
(Kul Tiras: -8 army, -1 magic; Defias: -3 army, -1 magic)

Vul’Gol Capture Western Duskwood! The Defias put up only a small fight at Addle’s Stead, opting instead to give the Ogres the land in western Duskwood. They have burned the bridge over the river between Westfall and Duskwood to stop the ogres from crossing. The move might be a response to Stormwind’s return of control over Duskwood; having the ogres there gives them a nicely protected flank.
(Defias: -1 army; Vul’Gol: -1 army)

Southseas:
Proxy War on Tel’Abim Continues! The Bilgewater Cartel has continued its attacks against the Venture Companies colony on Tel’Abim. But these attacks have not gone without response. The Venture Company has sailed out its fleet in an impressive show of shippery which was met with the Bilgewater Fleet trying to showoff their ships. This showmanship of ships was upped by a showmanship of air ships with both parties having zeppelins stare each other down. Oh we forgot to mention these raids were easily repulsed but who cares, SHIPS AND ZEPPELINS OH MY!

Northrend:
Taunka'le Village Falls, Taunka Live On! Utilizing elemental spirits as a medium Orgrimmar and Taunka shamans were able to continue communications despite a strict Scourge siege. As a result the besieged Taunka launched a sally just as the Orgrimmar launched its attack against Scourge positions. In the ensuring mass the Taunka were able to retreat to safety before the Scourge could refocus its forces and easily crush the expedition and Taunka. As a result the capital of the Taunka has fallen, but most of its military and a good number of refugees survived. After the battle the Scourge continued their advance and the sight of undead Taunka has further intensified the fighting spirit of the Horde.
(Taunka: -16 army, - 6 magic, -1g/t; Orgrimmar: -6 army, -3 air, -7 magic; Scourge: -15 army, -2 air, -10 magic, +1 g/t)

Tuskarr Joins Alliance! The arrival of an expedition from Darnassus and the continued advance of Scourge forces was enough to sell Tuskarr authorities to join the Alliance, though many leaders wished to join the Horde. Already the Tuskarr nation is tearing itself apart as the current chieftain granted Darnassus some land to avoid their interaction with the rest of the Tuskarr.

NPC Diplo:

ooc: If I don’t get orders I’ll just try and do your orders from last turn as close as possible.

Warhead has been inactive long enough for the Blue Dragonflight to become NPC

I should have mentioned this earlier but intercontinental travel takes a turn to complete, the same with traveling to extreme ends of a continent.
