This is our solution, I believe that the Wildhammers and Ironforge should send troops to the plaguelands ONLY if Kul'tiras and Dalaran promise to aid Hillsbrad. However it has come to my knowledge that Kul'tiras has sent some troops to Stormwind to aid them, so they may not have the man power to fully aid Hillsbrad. Although I do believe that Dalaran should be strong enough to also aid Hillsbrad, so my solution is simple have Ironforge and Wildhammer send some troops to assist but you must realize almost every Alliance and friendly nations are in a major conflict right at their home were some Horde aren't.

To The Grand Council

The Forsaken continue to refuse to join the council, nor will we allow Alliance forces to march through our lands unless the leaders of Stormwind intend to apologies for this previous insults as a show of trust and good intentions.

To Darnassus
May I ask what Horde nations are not in a major conflict? The Forsaken and Silvermoon are both embroiled in the war with the Scourge itself. Orgimmar and Thunderbluff are at war with the Razorfen. May I ask which of the alliance forces have actually engaged the Scourge in open war instead of tooting their horns of righteousness.
Your response, I hope, will be a good one.

The representatives of Hillsbrad would like to point out that the men of Hillsbrad would be able to contribute this much more to the struggle against the Scourge in the near future if, in the present, they and their allies were to be allowed to concentrate on eliminating the local threat posed by the Syndicate. Conversely, if they and their allies were to be forced to split their forces between different objectives, it seems likely that the forces that could presently be sent to the Plaguelands would be unable to make much of a difference, whereas the war effort against the Syndicate might suffer to the point of crippling Hillsbrad's military capability. "If", they say, "we chase two rabbits, we will lose them both."

That said, the representatives do recognise that the threat posed by the Scourge is greater than the one posed by the Syndicate. They therefore would like to make it clear that the governing council of Hillsbrad does not presently aim to completely destroy the Syndicate, but is willing to settle for securing certain forward positions (to wit, Durnholde Keep and its surroundings) and ending the present Syndicate offensive. Once those goals are achieved, the governing council is willing to send a portion of its forces to the Plaguelands, committing the rest to purely defensive warfare against the Syndicate.

On a related note, the representatives of Hillsbrad do not mean to offend the representatives of Silvermoon, but they do want to know if what they have said about local conflicts also applies to the Amani Troll War. It would seem that Silvermoon is in a far better position than most other nations to send troops to the Plaguelands, having already established a presence nearby.

To Hillsbrad
From Silvermoon

Wide spread invasion versus bandits on the road are two different scenarios in our view, but nevertheless we will accept these conditions laid out by Hillsbrad in any event.

Under these conditions then we will accept, as such we believe the following steps should be taken given the reluctance of the Forsaken, where the Wildhammers will assist the Argent Dawn in the West directly and Ironforge can ferry troops by the sea to reinforce the Eastern Theater instead. At the same time we will note that both the Wildhammers and Ironforge Dwarves have no specific threats aimed at them for the time being now unlike the other Alliance nations and as such it is in our opinion that they should have no real difficulties in assisting our joint operation against the Scourge.

We only hope that Ironforge and Wildhammers will send aid, we cannot force them into it no matter how badly we would like to send aid there. We ourselves would however we are sending troops to Northrend at the current moment.

By major conflict Thunder Bluff is not. You see yes scourge are working with Razorfen, however that is a small nation in comparison to Thunder Bluff and Orgrimmar which neighbor it. And my definition of major conflict is what you and Silvermoon are facing, major Scourge forces right on your doorstep. Also Thunder Bluff has possible aid from Theramore and Stonemaul which should, with ease, stop Razorfen and the Scourge in Kalimdoor.

The Dark Lady's point is that the Alliance has yet to put backing behind their preaching against the Scourge, while the Horde has been bleeding every day to push back the Scourge. Before the Forsaken will allow any Alliance through there lands, or even work with them, they must prove their worth. We will not be made fools of

You want a ceasefire after everything you've done to us? How utterly idiotic and senseless. Nevertheless, your groveling amuses us, withdraw from all our territory, extend a demilitarized zone across your side of the border large enough to our liking, dismantle detest from creating any type of navy, and supplement a 5 gold monetary compensation for the next 4 turns to us and you may have your respite.

We understand what you are saying, for we the night elves are the only part of the alliance (and Tuskarr) that are fighting the Scourge. If you would allow we might send aid to you in the Plaguelands if the Orc's agree to not attack me, and I have finished dealing with the evil Satyrs.

That is asking a bit too much of our allies and would take far too long. As such we of Silvermoon will instead make the offer of allowing Darnassus relief forces to enter our territory instead and work directly with the Argent Dawn from there against the Scourge in the south and East along the Ghostland. Of course your forces are not obligated to fight our struggle with the trolls and as such will only have to solely fight the Scourge.

I believe we can agree to that. Now we are not sure when we will be able to send forces seeing as how we have to settle up in Northrend at the current moment.

My orders will be sent late tonight.

Anyone who hasn't sent orders please do so by the end of saturday

We strongly suggest that you all attend to this council, it will be held soon in the Cenarion Circle for the first time, then all other meetings will be held on their respective continents. We do not care if you have differences, this is not a time to hold grudges everyone! We have a common threat that will not stop until it has conquered all of the lands of Azeroth, this is what we have to do to stop it! Do you wish to see your lands burnt by the hand of the Lich King Arthas? Or do you wish to stand and fight, fight Alliance along side Horde, we realize that the orcs have destroyed human lands in the past, and they have destroyed our once mighty demi-god Cenarius. Be we ask, no beg that you all put your differences aside and be sensible beings, and form this council to make an unstoppable offensive against this ever growing threat that is the Scourge! They are a plague to this world, the ground itself withers beneath their feet friends. Humans if you want the same thing to happen to your lands that the old Horde did, then that is your decision but if for no other reason join for the sake of Azeroth and your people. Foresaken, do you wish to be viewed in the eyes of many as just another branch of the Scourge? No I don't believe that you do, so allow troops to pass through your lands, Alliance troops, and if they harm you in any manner they will answer to us and the rest of the Alliance. Everyone we must prove we can co-exist and be better then the Scourge, the Scourge thrives off our struggles with each other and knows that it will spell doom for us all, only if we all band together and form a truce and plan our attacks together will we be able to stop this evil that has begun to plague our lands...
