I feel sorry that you decided to leave this site. Thank you for all your time and work. It was great to come and read your feedback on all the actions on the battlefield and all the questions. :clap:
 
What happend here?! Everything seems to be the same like everyday in this forum... Can somebody explain this?

I was wondering the same thing.

According to his post at Storm Over Civ, Rocoteh says he was annoyed with Thunderfall & Plotinus. It seems to be a personal thing rather than anything different about CFC. CFC seems the same to me. It sucks, but these things happen.

I've got versions 2.4, 2.5 & 2.6 of WWII Global so that's good. I wish he would have left his mods up here, though. Allot of people won't get to enjoy this amazing mod.

We are trying to get his mods upload over at SOC but it's hard as there isn;t any trace of them...
 
What is going on on the SOC-Forum? The Site cannot be seen. i get errormessages for your page? Will the mod be there for 100%
 
Owned this map with the Germans first time I played think it was 3rd or 2nd highest difficulty. I got to the point where I took a few cities in USA and realized they had nothing left but troops to d their cities. I am currently playing as USA on hardest difficulty. I loved using old crappy troops to take over central and south America (England got 1 city in the jungle in middle of south America I got the rest. Russia is the only one left. They declared war and just moved a few cities into my German cities and stole 1 worker!!! Bombing the crap out of them......


Basically, I should just have posted: I love this map!

Yea, it is a shame considering he made some very good scenarios.
 
Looks like I got lots of bombing to do on Russia. On Week 27, 1943 they have 256 SU-122, 212 T-34/76, 208 Soviet Guards, 160 Russian Inf, and a few more various units even after I been nailing them hard in Eastern Germany. Russia is getting tag teamed pretty hard but it is looking like a very long war.
 
Actually I kind of lied about Japan being dead lol..... They are almost dead nearly got all cities except their mainland and I am about to start invading that soon. I finally got a decent amount of Iowa Class Battleships over there to start taking out their YamatoCs (they have 20 left), 169 Japanese Inf though and that is about it. Russia and England came to peace treaty so I'm just focusing on Japan then the big war with Russia will come. By then I'm sure they will probably have like 400 su-122 or so. Anything that moves out in open is pretty much dead though from my 98 B-24 Liberator bombers (can always use more though)!
 
Can anyone teach me easy way to post screenshots? I have no clue how to.
 
So I have to upload the image to the internet or something cause the image button asks for a weblink or can I just put down the path on my computer. I guess I'll try both.
 
Oh gosh... Having trouble finding the screenshot folder or where ever they store them...

Your best bet is to upload them onto a free image hosting site such as photobucket, for instance, and then link from there. A web link to you PC's hard drive won't work I'm afraid.
 
GRAPHICS UPDATE ON THE WAY!

Just to let anyone / everyone know... I have (with Rocoteh's permission) taken up to do a WW2 Global Graphics Update. Of course gameplay will stay the same as V 2.6 since it is not my place to change Rocoteh's great work! It will not be a huge massive overhaul or anything of the sort, and terrain graphics will stay the same, but is primarily focused on updating the unit graphics in the game, including on the city build screen, civ pedia icons, etc. Rocoteh is busy with other things, and doesn't have the time to do so, as he explained to me, for he is busy with other works.

I still love this mod, and perhaps this will give it a fresh breath of life. It will likely be done in a week or more, and I will leave it to Rocoteh as to where it should be posted (most likely at Storm over Civ - http://www.stormoverciv.org/forums/showthread.php?p=19864#post19864) once he reviews / approves the updates.

I will post with updates on the status in the near future!
