Really? There shouldn't be a difference from the capital nor from stacked defending spies. Bhruic explicitly stated that for stacked defending spies.

the reduced success from stacked attacking spies shouldn't happen either. But it does, I could give similar screenshots like Dirk. I remember that the last spies attacking Mansa had higher success chances.

Can't figure out why I thought the capital would influence anything.
 
I figured out what the problem was.

You get "ESPIONAGE_INTERCEPT_RECENT_MISSION" as defined in globaldefines.xml as a negative to your successrate if you are either 0 turns 'fortified' or have other spies in that plot.

After waiting a turn, checking successrate and moving all but 1 spy away the successrates differ.
