I would make two real changes. First, JollyRoger gets lifetime immunity from points and bans lasting more than 24 hours, provided he continues to continue posting the way he has always posted.

Second, the one privilege I would give myself. I would have a [mod5] tag, that only Mise and I may use, that would post "You are behaving like an ass. Stop it." in bright purple Impact. If regular moderators noticed that the ass behavior had not stopped it would be their duty to ban the offender.
