2. Find some people like a core group out of the users here to help me run the site probably mostly moderators and posters I respect.
3. Call the first council meeting.
4. Admit I have no idea what I'm doing and suggest our first goals should be fixing the servers and raising more money for god knows what?
5.Make NES have sub-forums for different categories to help organize it and make its main forum a site for Pre-NES and OOC threads.
6.Make an alternate history forum so all the alternate history maps and flags can have their own home for display and discussion. (Would help remove some clutter from the History Forum on all the What if Scenarios)
7. Hmmmm probably have a break down as I realize there's no way I can keep up with this.
8. Stop being over dramatic and continue running the forum
9. Probably add a few subforums in the All Other Games. Like for Paradox Interactive, Multiplayer Setups, etc once again reduce clutter and make things easier to find and organize.
10. Use the experience I gain from managing CFC to set up multiple sites for my other various interests that I have trouble finding sites for and use the money from managing these sites to support myself and possibly future family.
11. Pat myself on the back for hanging on this long.
12. Most likely begin establishing mini admins on my various sites.
13. Make CFC my number one priority again
14. Do some house cleaning since I would of left it in sort of automated limbo under the council for a while
15. Reorganize what needs reorganizing. Add new subforums based on their need.

Random question based on this--do posts in the book threads get ignored? Technically, it's a serial thread, but there's a lot more going on there than in the "what music are you listening to"-type threads where all the posts are one-liners or links to you-tube.

Every serial thread gets non-pc archived, which is stupid.

Generally agree. The exception should be a general political thread. Say, if there's a thread about who we're voting for, saying "I'm not gonna vote for Obama since he wants to allow abortion" or "I won't vote for Santorum since he opposes the right to choose" should be allowed.

Perhaps, but I take comfort in knowing that I'll never be put in charge. I'm extremely harsh, for some reason. However, the rule could probably be amended to "no mention of abortion if the topic is explicitly about a topic that does not include abortion" without much trouble.
