Computer games. I am extremely annoyed that it has become pretty much impossible to walk into a store and walk out with a game whenever I feel like it.

But why? You can browse them digitally and buy and start downloading instantly. Yeah if it's a huge game like GTA5 it might take overnight to download. I used to hate the idea of digital games cus my internet was so crappy (like 6 years ago, I had 1.5 mbps dsl) but I've upgraded it and now I hate having a billion discs lying around. Digital now you don't have to worry about losing them or the clutter. The only thing I miss about physical copies is the cover art/instruction manuals but most games include those digitally now anyway and have been for a while, or they patch so fast the manuals don't apply.

I like buying everything online except fresh food and clothes. I have to try clothes on before buying. Sizes vary too much. Whoever decided inseam was a good measurement vs outseam is just stupid. Since the crotch area of the pants can fit tighter or looser and be variable length the inseam can be off a couple inches depending on where the pants sit. Outseam is much more consistent and if you ever get measured for a suit or tux you'll notice that's what they use. Even stuff like shoes are impossible cus it depends on how much padding is in them and how tight they fit plus the kind of socks you will wear. My shoe sizes vary by three depending on those factors.

Also I'm in the market for a new mattress and really want to buy a foam one from costco but it's hard mentally to buy one you haven't laid on yet, even if they offer free return.

I have totally come around to digital downloads of games. The convenience is almost harmful insofar as I now have way more games than I can probably hope to finish.

Although I usually purchase electronics online I would love a brick and mortar store where I can actually go in and get my hands on them to compare things like size, sound, weight, picture, etc. (depending on the product.) Also the physical experience of walking around a browsing is nice.

On mattresses...there is a fairly short initial break in period, and how they feel after that is really the thing you want to know. Since you can't find that out by laying on it in a store there's really no point in laying on it in the store...but I understand how that is a hard thing to give up.

The few times I have actually gone to a mattress store to buy a bed...I remember feeling totally ridiculous lying down on the different beds in the store.

I want to be negative
screw this store, I don't want a store
I hope it goes out of business
Lohren that made me laugh:lol: shame on you! Now the people in my office are all looking at me:blush:

Electronics, Tools and Sex stuff... Imagine a Cross between Best Buy, Home Depot and an Adult-store/strip club

And you think the only reason they are looking at you is because you laughed?
