The closer you are on a cusp, the more influence the next sign (Libra, in this instance) has on you. And for the record, I don't believe in signs at all. The only thing they have ever been useful to me is to pick up girls. You know, the scorpio is governed by the sexual organs, sign of the most intense passion and mistery, etc. Not that I actually believe a word of it, but so what! They do, so who am I not to tell them what they ask?
