We thank the Iademos, for their kindness, but we believe that Lucaria can fend for itself. We will still support Nesse, so I guess you can consider us Vassals.

But if Nesse wishes to include Lucaria within their boundaries, we would like to rule it instead of some Magistrate from Nesse. As a former Elite, and voluntarily withdrawing from the Senate, I believe we should be allowed this honor.

The Wolf Clan would like to formerly announce their withdrawal from the Senate. We are just simple fighters, who really had no place on the Senate to begin with. We are glad to see that we were able to avoid Exile, and thanks the Senate for their kindness in this matter.

We shall retreat to Lucaria, if you wish to speak with us, you will find us there. Also, the Lucaria Army is for all intents and purposes a part of the Nesse army and we will answer your call to arms if you need us.

To the Wolf Clan,

As things stand, it seems the Wolf Clan will be maintained as citizens of Nesse. Your clan members are always welcome in our borders and enjoy the same rights and privileges as all citizens of our state - including the right to trial within our jurisdiction.

On behalf of the Senate, I wish the Wolf Clan all the best in their endeavours in Lucaria.

ALYA
"Disgust! How dare they even move on?"

The Alya clan has had it. No longer will we associated ourselves with the spreading evil of Nesse. When one clan hires assassins and murders many of another clan, and then is granted elite status and honor and support.

Alya no longer cares what the senate decides. No longer will we consider ourselves Nessian if in Nesse MURDER is a good thing.

We shall see the cleansing of Nesse from evil before we come to the city again.

We spit upon the generation that endorses evil deeds and murder over honor and hard work.

...speaking of that, the Watchman would like to file an official complaint against the House Iademos and Tuseksii clan.

House Iademos for using assassins, which is pretty much murder (use the Watchman or the Ninctius clan if you need someone thrown out...)

House Tuseksii clan for being those assassins hired by House Iademos and also for attacking Lucan business interests.

We shall not allow the Alya exiles to threaten innocent Nesser families, and bring foreign terrors upon our noble city, any longer. Your days of secret pacts with Exiles and foreigners are at an end, treacherous villain!
Murdering dogs. Until the last of your man dies Alya will hunt your evils down.
Our days of pact with non-Nessians have yet to begin, but now that we know the city is corrupted we are compelled to save it.

Die pitiful dogs, die.

Late as usual is this generation of Nessians to answer against evil deeds. Evil is corrupting our once beloved city. Even those stationed to defend the city from such deeds only awake years upon years after those were done.

The Alya are disgusted with Nesse.

We refute these charges. You have no evidence that any assassinations carried out were ordered by House Iademos.

Even so, given that the Tuseksii are intermarried with the Ninticus Clan, and cooperated with the defenders, to all extents and purposes they ARE defenders of the city, and have functioned as auxiliary guards and defenders on many occasions.

Therefore, the CLEARLY UNKNOWN party that ordered the execution of these criminals was using a legitimate arm of the justice system. Law, my friends, is served.

However, we are perfectly willing to allow a neutral party to arbitrate the matter. We recommend the Dicchus Clan.

in case you hadn't noticed, it's a complaint. Not a charge.

B: A member of Tuseksii married the Ninctius clan. This does not mean that they are defenders of the city in the eyes of the Watchmen. The Alya clan then was not exiled from the city, so therefore it was murder. They also caused much disturbance in the party organized by House Iademos because CLEARLY UNKNOWN party told them so. Surely you wouldn't want to be called as a host that cannot defend his guests (the Alya were not exiled at the time) from bunch of assassins disguised as prostitutes.

And also the Tuseksii clan attacked the Lucan family's business interests. That's a crime no matter how one looks at them.

Set your own house in order, Watchman. The executions ordered by the CLEARLY UNKNOWN party would clearly have had to be approved by the Ninticus in order to take place. Consider that for a moment.

That the Ninticus decided not to inform you is not my affair.

Well if the CLEARLY UNKNOWN party agreed with the Ninctius clan to take down the Alya people without my knowledge then I would CLEARLY NOT KNOW rather this is true or not so I would CLEARLY have to investigate it and draw up complaints against the killers to make sure that they are CLEARLY not Exiles/criminals/Cyrians/foreigners/whatever else, no?

Yes, but in the future, such things can be solved by coordinating more closely with the Ninticus. We accept the complaint against the security of our dining establishment, and will ENSURE that higher security is put in place so that future guests will no longer be troubled by prostitute assassins hired by CLEARLY UNKNOWN parties.

Agreed then. Perhaps the CLEARLY UNKNOWN party can make sure they contact the Watchman before making other stupid moves that may potentially endanger the city by confusing the Watchman on what trouble is more troublesome during a citywide siege mixed in with bloody riots that left hundreds dead and which may leave themselves at great danger.

Well, if you think about it, the only one that could have been protecting against the assassinations was the House of the Horned King, as they were the only part of our defense force that was focused towards maintaining order in the city while the rest of the armed forces held the walls against the Cyrians. The Nintcus Clan only has two eyes, and they were turned towards the Cyrians when the coup occurred.
