Does it really matter? Diplomacy isn't part of orders, neither is being a war leader at this turn (no army to command yet!) nor a magistrate (which is more like an auto-thing)...

as for ths thinking of what to do... Well for one - work with my clan to stop all criminals within it.

For the next round of proposals in the coming years, the Ìademos asks the Senate to consider by what standard, if any, Elite families can lose Elite status, and by what standards, if any, Nessers can gain Elite status.

The same goes for Nesser clans that wish to become Outlanders, and vice versa.

@Ninja, I will be slowly starting on parts of the update tommorrow, but NO RUSH, I understand BananaLee will be appointing those positions at a later date.

We formally request permission to begin convert operations supporting the Golden Tribe. We have no markings relating back to Nesse on our armour or weapons and we utilise different tactics. We will become dissatisfied warriors for hire, angry that the Cyrians are trying to take over, operating of our own accord. There would be complete deniability and it would help to shore up the Golden Clan. However this would involve the deployment of the entire clan so the state, whether they be other Outlanders or Nesse, would have to look after our estates, children and elderly. We would also be unavailable to the regular army or for other more convert operations until we are recalled for this one. Does the Senate wish for us to proceed?

OOC: With raiding as our speciality, we, well except the exiles, are the in-house covert ops specialists so this might actually work. Orders will have to come tommorow at the earliest Daft.

While the method of changing between classes should be more clear we do not see how could the city support any more elite clans...
