See that crap is just to get people's money. If you really want to be prepared get a tungstan core infused hollow point ammunition. Additionally, I have some ammo for 38 that is basically a 410 shotgun shell out of a snub nose revolver. Then some copper discs built into a shotgun shell for my 12 gauge. Last standard NATO issue 5.56 for an AR.
