Benelovent Chieftain of the Ursu Kingdom
Maybe it's some modern day leader who just loves old fashioned clothes xD
That is, if there is a lot of future content.
Well it looks like most of you guys have moved on to stage 2 of the Kubler-Ross model.
I tried looking for Dom Pedro and Simon Bolivar in hope that we're wrong and it isn't European... no luck
Don't worry people it's clearly Shaka!!!

Wait! Do you guys remember the main screen on the Demo from Pax? It had a renaissance prince's face on it. We could connect the pieces of the puzzle with it!

Why 2K, why? As if Europe wasn't overrepresented enough, you've gone and put six of the nine expansion civs in Europe.
It makes some sense, though. The Dutch, Austrians, and Swedes are part of the Renaissance scenario. The Huns and Byzantines are for the Fall of Rome scenario. The Celts have been long requested and is very different from the usual criticism of Eurocentrism, which refers to a glut of Enlightenment civilizations.
Just like Civ3: Conquests focused on scenario civs, which is why we got the Hittites and Sumerians for the first time, this seems to have a similar focus.

I'd say that the Celts may well figure into the Fall of Rome scenario as well, depending on how they decide to play it.
