1. If the warmongering Fox regime is to be barred from government, so must the genocidal regime of the Sauk.
2. In increase in French troops will do more to destabilize the situation, not make peace. We can agree to a multi-national force consisting of Virginian, Deseret, and perhaps Texan soldiers to be placed both in Fox and Isanti lands to make sure these atrocities stop, and that Fox does not take retribution on Sauk.
3. We can discuss independence for Miami and Isanti later, so longer as we can set up some sort of multi-national force to safeguard Isanti people living within the Sauk.
4. This we can agree with.
5. We cannot sign an NAP until our other issues are resolved (Isanti, Miami, DMZ).

We rejects your claims of genocide. While the cowardly nature of the Isanti insurgents caused heavy collateral damaged amongst their own people the Sauk never engaged in the Systematic destruction of the Isanti people. As for hilarious suggestion that the Sauk would commit atrocities against the Fox, if we wished to kill Fox civilians we would have begun doing so during the war, and yet not even heavy collateral damage, let alone atrocities, have been reported. The Sauk and Fox people are closely related, we consider them brothers and we do not hold our brothers accountable for the crimes of their mad leaders and only wish to restore our good relations with them.

Virginian and Deseret troops in Fox are unacceptable, your governments have done nothing but support the Fox throughout their war of aggression, why should we trust you to make sure the warmongering Fox regime does not simply retake power and attack us again? The French are the only foreigners we are willing to trust at this point, they are the only ones that have shown Integrity by condemning warmongers regardless of their affiliations, e.g. Louisiana and more recently, Quebec.

We are willing to accept some forces from the Native American Alliance as independent monitors.

Annexation of Miami by Virginia and Austria by Germany is just, but the Fox retaining independence after a war invading their neighbor is unjust? We are willing to Annex the Fox if thats what you consider just.

  2. Right of Return of Fox refugees and Isanti right to Immigrate to Fox.
  3. Blanket pardon to everyone involved in the Fox war of aggression against the Sauk.
  4. France will form an interim government tasked with stabilizing Fox and ensure a peaceful transition to a new Fox government within 2 years.
  5. The Warmongering former Fox civilian leaders are perpetually barred from Civil Service.
  6. The Native American Alliance will be allowed to send 6000 observers to Sauk and Fox territories to monitor the situation.
  7. France and all of her protectorates will renew their non-aggression pact with New England and her protectorates for a period of at least 10 years.

I would also like to add to this, that Canada does not attempt any more barbaric acts like this, and promise not to enter any Quebec land.

Stability in the region has never been better since the occupation of Miamilands. It is the French who are destabilizing the region with her intruding support of Sauk aggression, and sticking her nose in situations where it is not needed, nor wanted.

And I reiterate, Virginia is no more hypocritical than France. Spain. Italy. India. China. Africa. Need I go further?

Virginia is still perplexed why the French are needed to set up an interim government in Fox. We cannot support the expansion of French puppet governments in the heart of America. Allow the Native American Alliance, the ones doing the policing anyways, to set up such a government.

As for the last point, that is for New England to decide.

Once more your "agreement" fails to cover that which concerns us most: Quebec. None of you have show any concern for the new extremeist government in charge of that fast decaying state, the Quebecois militarization in the past few years, or their declaration of war upon Canada. A Non Aggression Pact is not enough, as France continues to illustrate that it is either unwilling or unable to control its protectorates. We cannot allow the Quebecois to attack and overrun Canada, nor can allow them to bully Canada around. Why has France been so slow to notice or even address the tripling of the size Quebec's army in the past 3 years? Against whom would they send such a force except ourselves and Canada? How do we know that the Canadian men arrested in Quebec were not framed? Why did Quebec simply declare war without first sending out diplomatic overtures? What of the Quebecois militias forming over our border? What of Quebec's slaughtering of the Natives in the western part of the continent? Why has France done nothing to deal with that atrocity, but instead choose to focus on the "barbaric" deeds of a few drunken Indians?
