OOC: New France is seriously considering invading Alaska... only if to teach correct grammar.
Also the following diplomacy is based on the premise that New French is the dominate French population in Alaska.

Agreed. One thing that's hard for a new NESer to get (including myself) is a sense of proportion (geez. guess what that makes me think of? hint: avatar, tag, sig). You need one. So focus on building up Alaska before you mess with other countries unless it directly affects you. You are not a superpower. You are in no position to try to influence the decisions of other powers far far away.
Probably not the best way to say that, but you get the idea. Just trying to help.

Their desire is expansion of their Empires at any costs. Gas attacks were committed in UCNA occupied territories this year. These attacks were known by both the Virginian and Louisianan governments to greatly effect innocent civilians throughout Louisiana however they still proceeded. The UCNA will be attempting to distribute gas masks among the civilian population of areas most at risk of gas attack to minimize the effect of this devastating weapon however it is clear that the expansion of Empire is far more important to the leadership of the "allies" than the well being of the citizens of North America.
