Nijeria either knows exactly what we want, and has been recalcitrant, or they do not - in either case, their leadership has proven unfit to rule.
Stated again because we are a compassionate people: Nijeria insulted France with diplomatically short-sighted missives. We asked what their true intentions are - if they really meant these offenses. You never gave a straight answer. But we did.

South Africa, through diplomatic irresponsibility, proved itself to be a destabilizing, rogue influence in the region. They have refused diplomatic overtures and, by being arrogant and intemperate with us, threaten more than just themselves. Our ships were meant to blockade their ports and contain the threat - however, they saw this as something else, something more self-serving than that of the common good. If they went rogue and began a campaign of piracy in the South Atlantic, you would not oppose attempts to contain them, would you not? That was our goal. But since they have proven unwilling to talk, and more likely to bomb than fight, we must finish the job and ensure that the region will be safe for peace.
Our true intentions were nothing but what we said: we intended to illustrate our displeasure to France for its unwelcome and unnecessary interference in our nation. We cannot see how that's grounds for war, especially not undeclared war. We did not mean offence, as we said, but we meant what we did say, and what we said would not be considered offensive by any stretch of the imagination by any nation whose diplomats did not have an incredibly short temper. The right thing to do in that situation is to withdraw ambassadors; you could easily have imposed sanctions rather than invading if you had to make a point.
We have repeatedly answered your demands, and done everything you told us to; we paid your businessmen; we evacuated Port Adams. We have told you what we meant, and what we meant was precisely what we said, no more, no less. So stop bombing us and go away.

We understand. Our past puts precedent in the way of co-operation, and it is our hope that in time, this can be done away with. We shall continue construction to the boarder, but we shall proceed no further. You have our word, however worthless it may be to yourselves, that we shall proceed no further, and we mean for no altercation or worsening in relations.
In the dark underground of Savannah, hidden away in the catacombs built by glorious leaders Wright and Dahl, a secret meeting convenes. In the broken and damp setting, in poor light around a blue flame stands a circle of hooded figures. Chanting in the form of demonic sounding occult hymns the group begins to shift to the right, walking in a slow circle around the central flames. Suddenly from the ceiling a suspended person lowers above the flames and...
“Wait Bobby I don't understand this story.”
“...uuh what? It's this totally true story man.”
“Bobby I think you're just making up scary stories to give our chains a jerk.”
“Nope, trust me Dave, this story is one hundred ka-thousand percent truth. Now where was I? Oh yea...ahem”
From the ceiling descended this figure right.
“You already said it was a person.”
“Shh.”
A person. So then the chanting picked up and the flames grew higher and higher. Slowly this person came into the light and was revealed as woman!
“Aww man Bobby, the boys don't want to hear about no woman! We thought it was a monster.”
“She is worse than a monster.”
This woman, limp in her chains, came to a rest above the flames, her long black hair and nude body shown true in the flames. Covering her skin was some kind of writings from Hell! Like reverse Latin or something. And the chanting figures stopped moving, they stopped chanting. One of the men took his hood down and approached the lady. He was so happy he was crying and he said to her.
“Madame, you have risen!”
And she opened her eyes, revealing the devil within her. Red as the skin of an Injun I tell ya. And he began to choke, something fierce, supernatural and all. She was choking him with her mind and he slowly fell to the ground and died!
“Wait Bobby what do you mean she choked him with her mind?”
“Dang it Dave shes got the Devil himself in her, don't question that guy.”
And she laughed something wicked, and the other men all shook in fear. One of em even wet himself. She let out a mighty roar as she broke the chains and jumped to the floor. Walking over to one of the men and pulling down his hood. She said to him.
“Daddy's back.”
And wasn't none of em ever seen again!
“That's stupid Bobby, I'm not playing this game anymore. You just make up stupid lies.”
“Dave, don't you know? Great men aren't held by the bonds of death. They all come back when they gots unfinished business I tell ya.”
Our investigators have completed their investigation and Italy would like to thank you for your cooperation and patience in this matter. Based on the evidence and the fact that both governments responded openly to our investigators it appears there is no outside influence in this situation. It appears these are local groups arising from the natural tensions of close borders, historically rivalry, and the like.
This is not to say that those individuals responsible shouldn't be punished, for they should be and we are glad of it, but there is no evidence that any of the incidents were influenced by a government. Well either of yours or any other Great Power.
We stand ready to release to you both all of our investigation materials and results so that you can go after those guilty individuals and know we spared no expense or effort in making sure there was no outside influence.

Remove yourself from Greece, the people there have spoken. You will remove yourselves from all of the Greek land you control because the Italians are coming to free their brothers from your rule. If you are there we will force you to leave, if you are not we will simply move in and repair the damage your occupation has caused out brothers.
The choice is yours. If we encounter any Bulgarian military while we begin to repair the damage we will destroy your military capability for generations. We do not want any part of Bulgaria, aside from Bulgarians who would?

You never made any of that clear - and what's more, you continue to demonstrate short-sightedness by refusing to admit all affairs in Africa are the affairs of the French. We have resources and citizens in Africa who require our aid and protection, and we cannot give that with war and disorder on our doorstep. That is why we intervened in the Port Henry affair, and that is why we feel threatened when you attempt to push us out. Do you know what that tells us? That you will continue to destabilize the region. This is the problem, and frankly it is embarrassing to both of us that we have to outline it in this way.
So, you tell me. Is Nijeria fit to govern itself? Or will it continue to push France out? All we really want to do is help. But that requires cooperation.

We must ask you work together with Italy to eliminate disorder in the region. Please submit to Italian requests that we may quickly put an end to these disagreements.
You have not offered any help. We were not destabilising French Africa at all, and to suggest that we were is lunacy.
Nijeria is, of course, fit to govern itself, or it wouldn't have succesfully done it for so many years. We have no intention to push France out. We never intended or tried to, as far as we can see. You have no influence in Nijeria (OOC: in the stats) and so there really isn't anything for us to push against. We don't quite see what you've got to complain about, given that we have done nothing whatsoever against the French Imperium.
You are being deliberately vague, and you are doing this because there is not only no substance to any of your allegations: you haven't even got any allegations to add substance to. So stop making demands that we have not contravened, be a responsible superpower, and stop bombing us for the fun of it.

After asking Italy if our opinion is welcome on the matter we urge Bulgaria diplomatically to withdraw from its Greek territories in the name of liberty and world order.

To All Involved In The Pancasila Conflict
Allah has abandoned the heathen government of Pancasila and has stricken them down; they have been cast from his grace and left to ruin.
Though our involvement was small (and rather insignificant) I would like to offer any future aid we might towards reconstructing a broken country and aiding the ones that have risen from the ashes.

Virginia wonders why France would support a Georgian regime bent on destabilizing the region yet again and its megalomania. Virginia asks that France please rescind its support for the Georgian war against Mississippi.
We have no interest in becoming a province in your nation. Thank you for the offer, but we simply intend to continue to have peaceful trading relations at this t ime.
The history of these days will be written in blood.
By crushing the navies of our enemy, by destroying the weapons - they sought to turn against us - we were fighting for our very existence.
But, if there are those who would deny us peace - refuse us our rightful place in the world - then, we shall unleash such terrible vengeance that generations yet unborn will cry out in anguish!
....
The enemy may shatter our bodies...
But they cannot break our spirit.
Even now, they advance on our homeland, to seize by force what they cannot claim by right.
...
They cannot imagine, what awaits them.
WE WILL SMITE THE INVADERS FROM OUR SKIES!
Though they prepare to sweep over our lands like the fog over the Veld, never again will we bow before them! Never again, endure their oppression!
Never again, endure their tyranny!
We will strike - Without warning, and without mercy.
Fighting as one hand, one heart, one soul.
We will shatter their dreams, and haunt their nightmares!
Drenching our ancestors' graves with their blood!
And as our last breath, TEARS AT THEIR LUNGS - As we rise again from the ruins of our cities - ...They will know...
Africa - Belongs to the Africans." - Marshall Frank Jaeggerson in his address to the South African people, on behalf of George Sears.
Brothers of the world, can you not see the tyranny France is imposing?
They are already subjugating sovereign nations within South-East Asia, North America and Africa..
How long before they knock at your door?
They have chosen to abandon all pretence of diplomacy, striking ourselves and Nijeria without even bothering for a formal declaration of war...
What message does that give, when the world's (supposedly) greatest superpower can only attack two petty micro-nations by behaving like a brigand in the night?
And they still receive such a crushing blow, thanks to their arrogance.
Make no mistake, we shall be gone before the year is out.
My comrades.. You have that timeframe as a window of opportunity.
If we strike together as one, we can give the French a kicking the likes of which they cannot comprehend.
Stand divided, however, and you shall be picked off piecemeal.
May your actions in this matter (or lack of such) now be the eternal legacy of your regimes.
According to Pancasilan diplomats last year you supported their nation despite their genocidal intent against nine million innocent civilians. Why then should the world care when you at least provoked your merciless aggressors?
