I see that Saddam Hussein is in charge. Iraq seems like a very good place to control. I can gas Kurds and they are not even my own citizens this time. This pleases me.

If you turn out to be the one who doesn't get Iraq I suggest Colombia, Scotland or Poland.

Don't worry. Oh and thanks for still accepting orders! I was worried my carrier sale wouldn't go through and I need to add naval training from Mexico to my own orders.

Just be careful though, if you post in-thread orders, EQ might miss them, especially because you're new and he'll have so many PM'd orders he'll probably overlook you by mistake.

Pay New Holland 10 Production for a carrier. In return I order the construction firm to give them a zero royalty license for domestic production of the pre-fabricated housing. I compensate and reward the company by privatizing a sizeable amount of land on the southern island to them at a token fee for their future projects.
