Have we had some of these conversations before? Lets sum it up.

If it's fictional, even religious, it's not real and you may believe whatever you want about it or nothing at all. Unless you don't care.

If there's a real person committing a crime send them to jail if you can get a conviction. If the government commits a crime cancel the election/evict. That includes omitting data.

If you feel bad all the time it could be the sign of a personal problem. A personal problem that a counselor should try to fix.

If all else fails try your best to enhance your life according to WW.

Down with this sort of thing!

Oh! Wise Millman, tell me how to live my life by your example, I prey you!

It seems to be delivering too, shall we abort it?

I'm not really here to convice you I'm merely pointing out redundant ideas. I'm pretty sure 90% or more of everything you think is speculation. That what you project in your mind isn't what's going to happen in reality most of the time.

Though I could be wrong and you know your life perfectly. It feels like these conversations are getting no where because they are based on abstract personal natures.

It's just that your posts are usually really unclear and it's hard to make much sense out of them. What "redundant ideas" do we have that you are trying to point out? What delusions do you think we have?

Every thread, characterized.

Handful of people engaging in their personal eternal dance with each other. They'll never agree, but they need each other.

A smaller handful of people who engage in zero posts that aren't less than serious. They're valuable to the community, but only so the thread doesn't devolve (or fall pray to unintelligent design).

A community of posters who try and out one line the others in their community. Occasionally at the expense of the other groups.

Then there are the dogs running around with roman candles. They're probably my favorite.

A good analogy is a game of civilization. These groups are like the nations. The threads are the map. The game would be less fun if the map rarely changed, and some groups fare better on certain maps.

Or for another analogy, there are only 12 keys in music, but a lot of room to play in each. Some are more common than others.

The delusion of difference. There are no posters, posts, threads, or even forums. Just one metaforum.

I forgot to mention the hundreds of lurkers.

Lurkers, assemble! Let us know how you see the community. I want to see some PC 1 people.

Woah, talking to the lurkers feels kinda like breaking the fourth wall.

It feels like these conversations are getting no where because ...

or maybe there is not the slightest desire for them to go anywhere . Now that nobody adheres to deals in any case .

Exactly what progress could be made on what amounts to an internet Liechtenstein?

what's wrong with Liechtenstein ? It is as much state as the US , it is not ?

Are you saying we're a tax haven? Or without taxes, would we have an idea haven?

Well, we're not the biggest website around. If a debate got settled here, it wouldn't really matter, though that's the same in most instances.
