Unacceptable. That is, we agree to peace, NAP and reparations, but we see no reason to evacuate Karelia. Remember - the Finnish government launched an unprovoked attack on us. There are many Russians and Finnish communists in Karelia who have accepted our rule. If the Finnish government allows us to keep Karelia, we will officially recognize it and also sign a 5-turn NAP.

We consider the negotiations of Karelia a seperate affair from that of peace terms, thus so we consider peace between us to be established.

We are curious as to why you say you haven't recognized Finland, considering that Bolshevist Russia granted them independence in 1917. On the matter of Karelia, simply because you claim they have accepted your rule does not necesarily mean that they have. Considering that in the past 3 years Karelia has been controlled by 3 different nations, they very well may not know who is governing them.

We didn't recognize Stahlborg's government, though. We recognized the other one. (Anyways, considering that we recognized the Swedish conquest, we sorta un-recognized the Finnish government).

As for Karelia, don't forget that most people there are Russian. As for Finnish communists, its rather natural that they will gathered so close to Russia, and indeed under our control.

(Though we should consult Kal'thzar on that, really.)

Still, we refuse to abandon Karelia.
