You can also get the ALT-M (reminder) feature by installing the HOF mod - it's very useful.

The HOF mod also gives warnings when cities are about to grow / expand cultural borders / become unhealthy or unhappy etc. Sounds like it shares a lot of features with BUG. Definitely makes life easier.

^^HoF mod uses some of ruff_hi code, and he is one of BUG developers....

Is it possible to have the BUG mod without having the huge long city growth and production bars? (Also, thoughts on the BAT mod?)

almost everything in the BUG mod is able to be turned on and off, but those are normal Civ options, accessible from the Options menu.

Alt-M sets a reminder to appear in X turns.

Also, all I know is that the city growth/production bar became larger when I installed the BUG mod. (Still, no thoughts on the BAT mod?)

Just ran across this thread, and thought I'd post on some of the questions...

The City Bar was widened to allow for the longer names required in some translations. I think I answered this already, but no harm in answering again.

Matimeo, at this time we haven't updated BAT to 3.13. We have a previous version of BAT called FBUG that works on version 3.00-3.12, but because of the xml changes within the update, it will not work on 3.13 yet. It's in the process, but a bit slow going right now.
