Put the starfish on your forehead to outrank the Immigration Services Officer and then order him to go through the door and to close it behind him.
Next, take the starfish off of your forehead, cut two of the points off of the starfish, and place it on your chest. Walk over to the Trek crew and tell them that you were a captured crew member of the USS Lexington who barely escaped with his life and his communicator but absent any clothes.
