AND2 and SVN Bug Reports - A New Dawn 2 ONLY

@ksenagos: This error is because I use the MegaCivPack so this is not an issue, it's just you don't have it installed.
So the error occurs in some savegames in some OS....

@os79: Could you try to update to 910 using SVN ?

I'll wait till next revision. 910 doesn't apply to me :).
 
In every update i need full reinstall game, clean /My Games/beyond the sword, and reinstall mod with custom civ pack. Without this mod dont work. I cant do it in every update but its booooring :crazyeye:

Do you mean each time you update, you can't load your savegame ? EDITED: Can you send me your savegame please ? You already provided one before, no need for that.
 
Yes, I reported this on the bugtracker. CvCityAI try to get information from a NULL plot and with all the magic of programming: CTD!
 
Meteor strikes: can we lower a bit the chance for these? They're cool, sure, but having 3 meteor impacts in the span of 150-200ish turns (epic speed) is too often! Especially since they all fell on my own territory.


The Internet: this wonder still gives +1 trade route.
 
Fish Farm: is it intended to be able to build them in inland cities as well?

I can't answer to that but in real life, there are many fish farms near rivers or lakes.
 
I don't know if it is bug or a wad but here it is:

Research breakthrough event occurs and i get 37 beaker bonus towards a technology(slavery).
Orininaly my tech rate was 8/turn A couple of turns later i notice that my current tech rate reads: 8+4TD.
I haven't noticed it before so i m not sure what it is...but certainly i m getting more beakers than just the 8 generated in my capital(and only city)

Crashy saved game, rev 910 ( thanks dbkblk :D )... this isn't the first game after an update or anything, I've started and quit loads since updating and got further in than this; I've just been quitting and starting afresh to experiment with the multitude of map-generation options and see what comes out.

No idea why this one's crashing, don't think i've done anything different to the dozen or more previous games on this revision.

Edit:
So I went back to the previous autosave, played through a few turns as before. Got a few turns further, then another crash. Gonna try going back a few turns and taking that javelineer off automated hunt next and see if that makes any diff.

Not a bug, you're falling behind in techs compared to other civs you know so you're getting Tech Diffusion from them, you're slowly getting help from other civs that already know the tech you're researching.
 
About the "select units inside a transport":

It works only for the first transport of each cargo domain.

Example:
I have two Transports full of Marines. If I Ctrl-click on any Marine (doesn't matter in which Transport they are loaded), only the Marines inside the first transport will be selected together.
To select together the Marines from the second trasport, I have to Shift-click each one of them individually.
It is also not possible to select units together if they are in different transports, meaning I cannot have one single group of all the marines across the two transports, even if I try to Shift-click them individually.

Air units in Carriers have the same exact behaviour.

If screenshots or saves are needed (though this is easy to set up in WB), I can provide them later this evening.

I have had the same issue FOREVER. Afforis claims to have fixed this however it is just as you have described.

this issue is readily apparent in any of the savegames I have posted on the other threads if anyone cares to look.

Nope, it didn't.
I can't check your save now but some recent crashes are caused by some tiles being worked if I'm not mistaken, we're aware of the problem and we are looking into it.

How can i make this smoke in battle-squares some smaller? This smoke looking ugly...
