Anno Domini: Rise of Cities edition (latest version dated November 9th 2016) 27

Cheers Rob. I had a bit of look and found that suspicious 140 strength for the explorer unit. I changed it and reloaded the save and the unit still had the high strength. I assume this is just because the unit had already spawned with the higher strength.

Another small thing I noticed... when you choose your options to found or enhance a religion, a couple of options in there are just error messages... something about text not found.

Not seen that. I wonder if the Community Patch has added options but I've not added the text part. Any examples or does it just say "text not found"?

I noticed that too, I think it was something like TXT_KEY_HEALTH, I'll check once I found a religion in this game :p
 
Yeah in founder beliefs it has
Txt_key_belief_health_prayer
And _health_reincarnation

Follower belief has

Might those be from a lack of RTP? Has anyone played CID without RTP?
 
Sorry for the redundant question, but i'm experiencing some bugs with the latest version of AD.
Specifically, i can't see luxury resources and others, such horses, sheeps etc, neither city states or ancient ruins.
I have the complete edition of CIV, and the first time i've used CBP plus AD (and his requirements) then i've deleted CBP but still nothing.
Any help?
 
Well most resources were changed to require their tech before being seen, so try advancing thru the game a bit to see if they show up. Not sure why you aren't seeing city states, maybe none spawned nearby or you didn't enable them.

Firstly, as alexanderyou states, many resources are revealed as you work your way through the tech tree. You need to have no mods other than the Anno Domini ones active; for example, having the balance patch is a no-no; you should not activate a separate version of the Community Patch as it's built-in to Anno Domini and tweaked to suit the mod.
 
Nope everything is correct (enabled city state, ancient ruins)
Now i've noticed that the panel on the right is buggy (missing interfaces, leaders and so on...)
Furthermore, i've been playing until the discovery of silver and copper: guess what? :crazyeye:
 
Maybe try reinstalling civ and see if that works.

So far, i've tryed and the messy interface now is ok.
But still, no city states, no ancient ruins, no resources.
Exactly, am i supposed to see (for istance) horses and cattles RIGHT after animal husbandry?

The only thing I can think of is that you've not got the bison/cocoa resources which means you've not got the final DLC (which I thought was free?) That could be what's sending the resources out, it's expecting two resources that it doesn't "know".

Again, I thought it was a free DLC, perhaps you need to go onto steam and right click onto Civ 5 in your list of games and look for properties. Under the "local files" tab, there's the option to "verify integrity of game cache". That should (I think) ensure you've got all the up-to-date files you need.
