Bigger, but not visible. Just from looking at photos you can't know if a black person was born in the USA or in Colombia, if a white person was born in the USA or Argentina, or if an Asian person was born in the USA or Brazil.
Maybe Mexicans can be generally classified as a visible minority, but "hispanics" sure as hell can't.

BTW, I think the USA is pretty near the point where an argument will be judged not by its value, but by the "diversity" of the people making it. Americans sure are in a rush to decadence, how pathetic. This thread would be laughed at anywhere in the world where people still think, in the US somehow it is a worthy topic.
