Maya are absolutely fantastic now. A really top-tier civ now if you want my honest opinion. Maya can indeed grow really tall with their bonus, they really were only weak starting and suffered from their inconsistent start bias. Starting a game with them right away tomorrow - I don't care what anyone says, Maya has been saved!

Also, I guess that eliminates the argument that NFP civs won't be modified.

Gilgabro gets +5 cs to allies when at war with common foe

Gilgamesh now provides +5 Combat Strength to his Allies when at war with a common foe, stacks with the Military Alliance Bonus.

But does Gilgamesh get the bonus himself? Their wording suggests not, meaning it's a fairly mild change.

All Melee Unique Units gain +3 Combat Strength, except if part of their Unique Abilities is higher Combat Strength.
