Was Jeroen Dijsselbloem caught faking academic credentials?
Not that I know of. However, I do remember a case of a few years ago when some PVV politicians were caught faking their academic credentials. So if this is true, it wouldn't be unprecedented. Though if this were true, Jeroen Dijsselbloem would arguably be a very disturbing case considering his importance is significantly higher than just an ultra right-wing politician few people cared about anyway.
DUTCH Finance Minister Jeroen Dijsselbloem had to amend his official biography that accidentally claimed he obtained an MA from University College Cork.
Mr Dijsselbloem, who gave an address at the college last Thursday, was appointed Finance Minister of Holland last November and his biography was posted on official internet sites of European institutions, including the European Investment Bank, which initially claimed he had received an MA in Business Economics from UCC.
However, Mr Dijsselbloem never obtained any degree from UCC, as no such degree exists, and his biography had to be amended to say he did business economics research towards a master's degree at the University College Cork.
It has transpired Mr Dijsselbloem only spent a couple of months at UCC conducting research in the Food Business field.
On his appointment, the erroneous biography that he had obtained a Masters in Ireland was reported as fact in the national media, sparking an internal investigation within UCC and also with the National University of Ireland, which confirmed he never graduated from there.
I may be going to Amstedam with the BOYZ over the summer.
Apart from the standed alcohol consumption, cafe breaks and stuff - what else is there to do?
This seems to have been the original source.

If you are here to get drunk anyway, get to Rembrandt Square: You may even run into me over there! It has the Cocos Outback, which was founded by Australian expats and is popular among expats and tourists from the English speaking world. It also has Studio 80 - though its quite hostile to anyone who doesn't know the DJ's present, so prepare in advance - and the Escape, the most famous of the three, for being the most famous night club of Amsterdam.
Also, go to Eye Film and 'De Uitkijk', which are all cinemas specializing in classic movies. Particularly 'De Uitkijk' is worthwhile at Friday's and Saturday's as they will screen movies such as Apocalypse Now and the like.
Please don't take a cab.
Whatever you do.
Don't take a cab.
The most famous night club of Amsterdam sounds good; it might be worth a visit
If this does happen I will give you a PM. I'm assuming you do live in Amstedam?
How come? Is it all cabs in general or does Amstedam have a problem with unlicensed taxis?
Avoid them like the plague.
Why would that be Dunglish?
